They don’t fill your yogurt bowls so I went to another one and thats the one that is full. It’s crazy to pay this much money to get half the food at this location and they do not blend their smoothies big chunks.They need to work being a better staff

Food was cold, took a long time to come out, 7 people were standing around waiting for their food, lady had to come back in and get her order re made because they gave her the wrong food. Just horrible. I’ve been to a tropical smoothie and the food was warm, this time not

Everyone is very personable and the food is delicious the smoothie was made pretty quickly.

I ordered a meal with a smoothie and it came out fast and delicious! The service was top-notch and speedy, which was great after a long day at work. I recommend this Tropical Smoothie to everyone! The smoothies are sooo yummy!

I come to this Tropical Smoothie all the time, and it never disappoints! The smoothies are always fresh and taste amazing. I usually grab a Bahama Mama or Sunrise Sunset. The staff is super nice and always gets my order right, even when it’s busy. The food’s great too, especially the Chipotle Chicken Club Wrap. Definitely one of my favorite spots for a quick, healthy pick-me-up!

I wanted to let the crew at the Kernan location know, how nice and clean the store always is when I go in there! Also- the staff members are always so friendly! They always make the best smoothies and food…these other Tropical Smoothie stores in the area need to take some pointers from the, Kernan store!

I stopped in last week for a smoothie and Lilly was the first to great me. Huge smile and very warm hearted. She explained a few items to me that I had questions on with patience.

This Place is nasty GNATS IN THE FRUITS and concentrates roaches everywhere weird yellow stuff in the ice that we still used and look where your ice bucket is stored???? very nasty

Left out half my order. Do not read instructions AT ALL 😂 if you ask for no sugar or no honey they are going to put it on there. But the things you ask for you will not have it. This happened a couple of times I will not order from this location. The way y'all employees do not read and follow instructions is insane
