It never fails! With only two cars in line (me and the car in front of me), I am forced to wait over 5 minutes for someone to take my order. LEFT WITHOUT ORDERING! I hope that one day, the service will improve.

Obnoxious, extremely loud music blasting from one end of the restaurant to the other, on top of the blender’s grinding away in the background (which is understandable) and the fast talking person with a headset in one ear, then asking me to repeat my order twice we finally made it through one of the most stressful food ordering encounters I’ve have ever had. Never felt so rushed and full of anxiety….come on!

I have completed hundreds of food deliveries with DoorDash and Uber Eats since I came to Jax, FL this summer . This includes deliveries to this Tropical Smoothie cafe and other places . My car just broke down and I could not go anywhere this morning . Today I had to use a delivery option for the first time . The driver delivered wrong order and I had to call the restaurant . Mgr. decided to personally deliver my order and he did redeliver very quickly . My island green smoothie was supposed to have a strawberry , however , I didn’t taste any strawberry at all . It was still delicious and fresh .

My friend and I stopped in today (Halloween) and literally every single person that works here was amazing and kind and helpful! Great energy ❤️ and our food and smoothies were delicious as too!:) also really clean in here! Love it

I purchased the bowl and the price for the size is not sufficient! My smoothie had too much ice! Normally, I have no issues with this location, but today wasn’t a good day!

You have someone walking out to take your order at the drive-through multiple cars behind where the menu is. They do not have little laminated copies of the menu like Chick-fil-A does, When you tell them that you need to see the menu in order to order, they then go to the cars behind you and start taking their orders ahead of yours.

I used to work here within the year and Brandon, the GM literally would make us serve customers old and rotten food and every time someone tried to tell him that was nasty He would get mad at us and give us a cold shoulder for the day he is so disgusting and unclean it’s ridiculous people have found a variety of different things in their food and have gotten sick please think about your safety first

This tropical smoothie needs to be closed! They do not seem to care about their employees, the quality of the food, or their service. I have never had a good experience with this tropical smoothie. There’s always something wrong or missing in my order. The smoothies are always terrible, no flavor and too much ice. I know they changed management in the last few months that has not helped they are doing a terrible job as I think I can confidently say THIS IS THE WORST TROPICAL SMOOTHIE IN JACKSONVILLE. There is a response from an employee from 7 months ago who exposed just how terrible this place is that alone should be enough to shut this place down.
