Be prepared to sit over an hour in the drive-through very slow service at this location

I feel horrible for the employees. They are overwhelmed and the place is poorly managed. Almost 30 minute wait to receive a sandwich and a smoothie. Still waiting. I suggest more employees and better organization with more equipment in order to serve all of their customers.

Awesome Bahama Mama smoothie with a smile. The line can be long at times but trust me they are well worth the wait!

Beyond upset! Ordered on the app for delivery, my food was supposed to arrive at 11:04am it’s now 11:39am. Called the store she said she couldn’t find my order. Finally finds it, no help at all as she says it’s already out and that’s all they know. Horrible service, horrible time management.

I just had an interaction with THE SWEETEST, most warm and kind employee! I wish I caught her name!!! The angel was working drive thru (lunch on Labor Day- please make sure she receives the praise she deserves!) This Tropical Smoothie is usually busy, but their employees are always hard working and friendly. This specific time, the employee even drew little sweet notes on my kids cups!! (A SpongeBob and a note that said “A Spark to somebody’s life”) She was SO personable and kind. A true rare soul, and now I will be looking for her smiling face every time I come through.

the shift manager when i was there was so nice and compassionate with me when my card was declined. i left and came back with another to use (i was so embarrassed) and she was nothing but kind, sincere and polite. the wrap i ordered was amazing and the smoothie was tasty, got me through a hard night. thank you so much

Smoothies are watery and gross

I’m very disappointed with my recent visit. The server verified my order, but I ended up waiting over 20 minutes—only for them to forget my items not once, but twice in a row. There was absolutely no communication during the wait, and I had to point out the mistakes each time. When I finally got my food, it was sloppy and falling apart, making the whole experience even more disappointing. Definitely not the level of service or quality I expected.

I’ve been using this location for quick, online orders for years. It use to be quick and reliable, but in the last year or so it has been hit or miss with the service. Today, I waited and waited for my online order to be put out while groups of employees were just chatting. After 15 minutes of waiting, I stepped closer to the counter hoping to get some help. It took another two minutes before anyone noticed or came to help. Ends up my food was just sitting behind the counter getting cold instead of being put out in the online food area or anywhere I could reach it.
