I have completed hundreds of food deliveries with DoorDash and Uber Eats since I came to Jax, FL this summer . This includes deliveries to this Tropical Smoothie cafe and other places . My car just broke down and I could not go anywhere this morning . Today I had to use a delivery option for the first time . The driver delivered wrong order and I had to call the restaurant . Mgr. decided to personally deliver my order and he did redeliver very quickly . My island green smoothie...
My friend and I stopped in today (Halloween) and literally every single person that works here was amazing and kind and helpful! Great energy ❤️ and our food and smoothies were delicious as too!:) also really clean in here! Love it
everytime i come to this specific location i wait 30+ minutes to get my food. Idk if it’s always short staffed or what but it’s kinda frustrating. All im saying is if you come to this location be prepared to wait awhile.
