Emma was so lovely she helped me pick out my smoothie and it was SOOOO yummy. Only tropical smoothie that can make it right. Love this one.

Dude, with the brown wolf cut maybe 18 years old was working with another young girl who avoided me. I was standing at the register while she was cleaning some dishes and she just waited continued doing what she did and then he walked in and asked him to bring me up he then ran me up touched my money, then grabbed his cell phone then walked over this movie station made my smoothie while touching all of the stuff with his unclean hands. As if this wasn’t enough once he turned the blender on he picked up his cell phone and began texting again, then grabbed my cup with his dirty hands and my lid and straw

Do NOT get the chia banana boost. It has hard pieces of nuts in there that will chip/crack your teeth if you’re not careful. We dumped the smoothies out. I usually get the green boost one and that’s always good. Also got the basil pesto chicken sando. That was tasty.

Fast service even though they had many orders to do. There were only 3 working and on top of that had a difficult customer but they still handled it professionally and polite. My smoothie was made perfect and so was the food. Our go-to tropical smoothie store is this one out of all of Jax.

Crew working here is also very polite and welcoming even when they are busy. My order for pickup is always ready to go and a huge help since I'm always on the go for work.

Today I ordered a Thai chicken wrap. Bit into it…. Literally one piece of chicken. All lettuce and carrots. Hard tortilla, the worst!!!! Not going back to this location ever.

I've been coming to this location after issues with the other location. Excellent service, both via app and walk-in. Custom orders are always correct, and service speed is great. Detox Island Green is great for a lower sugar option (and has no added sugar, though you can always request they don't add it in the others).

I told the girl two times my order and it came out wrong. I had to wait like five minutes in the front just for somebody to even know I was in the building. Building was clean and the workers were really nice just poor attention to detail.

Great food and quick

Tropical Smoothie Old St August Road @ Bartram Park / Kohls has become my favorite Smoothie spot now. Your entire staff at this location are an amazing group of friendly, respectful, helpful, accommodating and prepare consistent flavorful Smoothies. I would like to give a shout out of appreciation to Emma who is always smiling, friendly, helpful and she has an amazing talent for always making me the absolute perfect Smoothie. Thank you so much Emma for all you do for Tropical Smoothie!

i'm a regular at this place, i come here so much that i don't even have to say a word depending on who's working, most of them just have my regular order memorized and i think that's pretty cool. the workers are really chill and friendly and they get things done quickly and the smoothies are always tasty. shoutout to a couple of the workers, i think their names are emma and haley? for being so awesome!

There was a long line which is fine. But when we got up to the counter the cashier said that he could not take my order. I asked why and explained that there was too many orders to take care of first. I explained to him that he could have told us that before my 3 year old I stood in line that long for nothing. I will not be coming back.
