Typical tropical smoothie, nothing remarkable but clean and employees were nice. Placed an order through the app so I can’t say much since I just stopped in, waited briefly cause I was early for the pickup time, then left.They have tables outside the building though so I believe you can enjoy your food outdoors if desired.

Just came to this location during the evening time and I could not be more pleased! Ethan took my order and was pretty cool and respectful. There was someone else cleaning(seemed to be the manager), but even though she was cleaning she was very attentive and respectful as well. I’m disappointed I couldn’t catch her name but I hope both her and Ethan see this. There mannerisms were top level! Thanks for being here guys, I appreciate you guys a lot!‼️ -Luis

Ordered on the app for pick up.Order was incomplete when I arrived after the scheduled time. Only then to be informed they are out of a product I ordered. No refund. Just tried to appease me with an extra water. Not hard to notify the customer your out of a product and simply complete the order. Poorly run operation.

Worst tropical smoothie experience. This was regarding the T-Mobile offer, the coupon was downloaded on to the T-Mobile app and was redeemable until today at 11:59 pm. The code was not working correctly n the app and so we called the store and they told that this is very common and we can go to the store and the manager should be able to help. So we did and talked to the store manager (Macoy or McCoy) was not even helping with the problem. He was instead accusing us that we would have already used it. Are you serious??? This guy had no clue on how this worked. He was telling us that go back to T-Mobile app and redeem it again. He didn’t have any clue on how the process works and n he de more training. He told us to contact T-Mobile and wasn’t helpful

AMAZING service from the employees! I accidentally ordered from the wrong location using the app, and McCoy was so generous and fixed what he could and offered a free entree (even though it wasn't his store's mistake) I was treated so rudely from the other store in Bartram Oaks. McCoy definitely made my Friday a "happy Friday". It's nice to see that kind people still exist! Thank you for the amazing service team! Keep up the good work =)

This location is always clean, the service is quick, and my smoothies are always delicious & made to order. Today the dreary weather had me dragging, but my favorite smoothie (avocolada, no kale, add vit c, add pea protein) picked me up & was so tasty!
This location is farther from me than the one at Durbin, and we choose this location everytime! Jaiden is always working and gives very good customer service. The rest of the team is also very nice and helpful.

This location excels when it comes to customer service which can’t be said for many of the locations. Saint Augustine Beach location is run deplorably. They definitely value profit over customer service. Shout out to Carmen Mendez and her staff at the Bartram Park location for going above and beyond. Other locations need to take a lesson from Ms. Mendez in teaching their employees how to treat customers valuably.

This location is always wonderful! They are very accommodating to make sure your smoothie is perfect. The Chipotle Chicken Club flatbread is delicious, as is the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. As far as the smoothies, you can order them without any turbinado (liquid cane sugar) if the smoothies are usually too sweet for you!
