Disappointed by service.

I’ve always enjoyed Tropical Smoothie and was looking forward to a quick and refreshing stop. Unfortunately my experience at this location was not great. The server I interacted with was surprisingly rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question about the menu.

I understand that things can get busy or stressful, but the tone and attitude made me feel unwelcome. It definitely took away from the usual positive vibe I associate with Tropical Smoothie.

The smoothie itself was fine, but customer service plays a big part in the experience; and this time it missed the mark. I hope this feedback is helpful and leads to better interactions in the future.

30 min delay in getting my online order. And I literally only ordered one smoothie, that’s it. I will say that the staff was very nice, but they obviously need to hire more people. The girls working there were very professional, but you can tell that they couldn’t keep up with the orders. They were trying really hard though! They did apologize for the delay.

This is ridiculous! You constantly serve everything the way it is on the menu and don’t bother to read the order. Yet again a vegetarian served chicken and quesadillas folded in half. What is going on?

Smoothie tasted like bitter orange rinds. I'm not sure how you can mess up a fruit smoothie so bad lol. I wouldn't have minded the price if it tasted like it was supposed to, but this was definitely a waste.

On entering the store about 1:15 pm on 2/4/25 , there were 3 employees working. All 3 looked at me and not one greeted or welcome me for coming in. There was one gentleman wearing a red shirt who seems to be the manager. As I ordered and waiting for my smoothie, I counted 3 guest whom enter the store of Caucasian race . All 3 were acknowledged and greeted for coming in. As being an African American , I felt displeased, disrespected and not wanted. Perception, attention to detail and experience is everything when it comes to customer service. Customer Service is the support you offer your customers both before and after they buy and use your products or services .Because I’m a loyal customer to the brand and didn’t cancel my order. I will not be spending my money at this store location. Clearly those of Color don’t get greeted.

Shout out to Julian for taking care of me, my wife and my lil kiddos late in the day! Not easy working the day before Christmas Eve but Julian handled it with style. Thank you 🙏

Forgot my jalapeño corn & smoothie was very watery.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! It took 30 minutes to get a smoothie bowl that was frozen.. meaning the dumb teenagers that work there took 30 minutes to add cut up fruit to a premade smoothie bowl!! Every single person working there needs to be fired!!! Incompetent morons!

I love tropical smoothie for the convenience of getting a smoothie and wrap for a healthier option of fast food. They are frequently out of the harvest cheddar chips. Recently, the last 4 or so times, their chicken Caesar wrap has had old brown lettuce in it. You can’t tell until you’re actually eating it due to a wrap, but the quality of the ingredients seem to be going down. No one wants to bite into a Caesar wrap and have old rotting lettuce in it. If they can fix this issue, I would gladly bring my rating up of them because I do enjoy the smoothies and wraps on hot Florida days!

I don't tip at places where I have to stand(*if I'm not seated being and served), but I do leave reviews..especially when they deliver above and beyond. The people that work at this location are amazing! Food is great, serving size is proper and smoothies are top notch.
I frequent many locations and this is one of the better ones.

This place is always a fun for us. My daughter lives the smoothie she gets and the other only eats their quesedillas. Win-win. Plus, it's clean and happy in there! However, because of the other businesses in the area, parking sucks. Very tight spots. Do yourself a favor, park in the back row and get some exercise!

One of the most disappointing customer experiences I have ever had. Rebecca has ZERO customer service skills and made me feel like nothing more than a nuisance. The açaí bowl wasfine, but the service was an utter disappointment!
