Best tropical smoothie I’ve been to!! Tina is amazing and made my day with her little message she wrote on the cup. I definitely will be coming back here due to the phenomenal staff!! You guys represent the company so well :)

I started going to the tropical smoothie on Hodges after the one on Atlantic Boulevard kept getting my orders incorrect and were rude about fixing it the one time I asked them to ? Not Only does the Hodges location get the order correct, they are very friendly every time I go in there! This location is clearly well managed, and I really appreciate it!!

Today I stopped in, thirsty and hungry for a smoothie as it was 100 degrees outside and I just got finished working an outside job in the area. Four people working like slaves making food and smoothies at their stations. Nobody says anything to me, no even a peep over their shoulders. One person in lobby waiting on their order. The workers continue working, one woman maybe a manager works and complains about something I could tell they were upset. Meanwhile I'm waiting to at least be acknowledged to continue to wait. One worker comes out and drops off an online order to their pick up area and goes back into the kitchen to work. No acknowledgement so I left to find a better environment where people actually like customer service. Orange park location was the place.

This location is slacking, stood at register for about 15 min before order was take just for a worker to come and say it’s going to be a 20 min wait, absolutely no one in the store
