LOVE THIS PLACE! The food is delicious but the staff is what makes this place so special! Great for breakfast and lunch! I eat breakfast here just about everyday, and its always fresh, hot, and affordable! Highly recommended!!!!

This place is great; great food, great prices. It's in the Landstar building, just past the front lobby. Not sure about the two negative comments regarding rudeness; I've never seen it, and they are always friendly. They have made some staff changes just in the last two weeks, so that may cure the issue.

I seriously can't rave about this place enough. Tell your friends about this place because they are absolutely awesome! I always get my breakfast here before work.

The service here is horrible, the food is nit fresh,and if you have the misfortune of dealing g with Patrick I feel sorry for you because that guy is a real JERK!

Great locally owned business. This is one of the best meals for lunch I’ve ever had. I had the BBQ pork sandwich with fries and coleslaw. The attention to detail in every meal and superb customer service. 10/10 must try and delivery was great too!

Price, portion and taste is worth the money! Definitely will be my main breakfast spot!

I love their food and their prices however, customer service not so much. I've had multiple times where they just speak to me so rude over the phone. This morning, I tried to place an order online and from my phone and every time it said something was wrong. I called to let them know that and whoever i spoke with was like I don't know what's wrong try again in 5 minutes and see if it works. So, I waited and tried again multiple times and it wasn't working. I called back THREE TIMES because each time I would hear him pick up the phone and he would hang up, like how rude. So I just kept calling until he answered and finally when he answered I let him know something was up with their website and he ended up taking my order over the phone but, didn't sound too happy about it. This isn't the first time I have had a bad experience with speaking to them so I felt it was finally time to leave a review.

I stopped in to grab a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese breakfast burrito before a round of golf and The Happy Belly Deli exceeded all of my expectations! The service, staff, and food was top notch and I couldn’t have asked for a better meal prior to hitting the links, they had me in and out in no time!

Do not even consider this place. Ordered delivery via UberEats. Half of my order was missing. They did not contact me, offer replacements or do anything. I called them and the person who answered blamed the kitchen but did realize that a mistake was made. Instead of them going into their Uber account and providing a partial refund, they told me to call Uber!They don’t care, the food I did get was gross. Maybe it was a blessing that my other half wasn’t included; I just now have to fight with Uber to get my money back. Don’t even give these guys a shot, they’re clueless.

Got the chicken salad sandwich today. Good just too much mayo.
