I came in today with my friends. We had Chelsi as our server she was absolutely amazing. She gave so many great drink and food recommendations, especially considering that one of my friends and I are gluten-free. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

I had such a great experience at True Food Kitchen in Jacksonville. The atmosphere is bright, welcoming, and perfect for anything from a casual lunch to a nicer dinner out. The menu is fresh, healthy, and thoughtfully put together—everything feels nourishing while still being full of flavor.
The service really stood out, and Joy does an incredible job managing the space. Everything was smooth, attentive, and genuinely friendly without feeling overbearing. You can tell there’s strong leadership behind the scenes keeping things running seamlessly.
Overall, it’s a spot I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place that feels both elevated and easygoing while still offering truly healthy options. I’ll absolutely be back!

I wish I lived closer to this True Food because the food is always delicious and I can rest easy knowing most of it is organic and seed oil free. This location is great and I will be back (hopefully soon!!)

If you enjoy bland food and the privilege of over paying, this is the place for you. Only thing consumable are the fries, which you will get a tiny portion of. Oh and water tasted terrible, is it even filtered? Just go to CheeseCake Factory down the street

Food is always great... The downfall to all Tru Food locations in every state I've been to the bathrooms are always put is order and not clean.

I am updating my review.
I was an avid customer for the last 4 years. However, the last few times I've gone, I've grown more disappointed.
I have been missing the gf/v pita they had. It disappeared off the menu about a year ago and they just brought back a new pita option. After telling the waiter I was gf/v, he proceeded to tell me the pita was back and served it to me. A week later, I found out it had dairy in it. (It was not vegan)
True used to be one of my go to places for one of my favorite pizzas. I loved their butternut squash pizza. It was gf/v. However, when I went to order it, I saw the menu said the crust now contains dairy.
While I've appreciated the rotating seasonal menus, the last two seasons have seemed to have less and less gf/v options for me.
The service and ambiance is great, but it does feel like it's just becoming more of a chain restaurant than a true and genuine restaurant that cares about quality ingredients and accommodating dietary restrictions.

Went here with some friends.
Water was mid, but the brussel sprouts were great!
Unfortunately, they would be the only good thing we ordered. One friend ordered a sourdough pizza, which came out cold, paper thin, and miraculously lacking cheese. After talking to the server, the kitchen didn't hesitate to make it right by bringing an equally poor pizza in minutes...it's the thought that counts I guess.
Next, another friend ordered a burger & fries gluten free. I know gluten free buns are known for their lack of stability, but the rock the kitchen served was a tremendous overcorrection. Additionally, the buns alone cannot be blamed for the lack of flavor in the meat or the fries coming out raw.
Lastly, I ordered a cajun pasta. Cajun can be hard to perfect, but I've never been served an oversalted and under-seasoned scampi with poorly deshelled shrimp until I came here.
I could probably look past all of this if the service was prompt or the prices matched the quality. It took almost 40 minutes to receive our orders with the restaurant nearly empty and the prices, while not eye-watering, were absurdly high for poor quality & small portions.
Town Center has plenty of great choices for food. This place is not one of them. Steer clear.

Last night my boyfriend and I decided to go out to eat. The menu looks so appetizing, but the food was not up to the standards we thought would be equivalent to the advertisements. Our server, Demetrius was very kind, but we were kind of left alone for awhile without many check ups, but let alone still sweet and very attentive when he did come by. Our appetizer took 40+ minutes to come out, and our food took over an hour. It was a monday night, and not very busy, especially for them having 5+ servers and several open tables. The food was not great, and unfortunately we both left feeling sick, and my boyfriend got some form of a minor food borne illness. We understand the hard work and dedication needed to be in the service industry; however, the food made us sick and it took over an hour to get any. I am disappointed with how much everything cost, a burger, small pizza, and a 5 small dumplings for an appetizer was around $70, this place is not cheap. If you are a vegetarian, this place might be for you because it is very alternative friendly, if not, i don’t recommend eating here.
