This was my first and probably my last time going here. Ambiance is cute and our server was super nice but I really wonder how this spot is still open when all they do is air fry most of their food. The burgers and the the salmon entree seemed good and came out hot but the fries and veggies were all cold like they sat for a while before being severed. The mixed drinks were not great either. It just wasn't a great experience.

The butternut squash pizza is outrageously good. I'd give 5 stars if it weren't so expensive. Well-labeled menu.

I was disappointed in our experience. The food tasted fine but the services was lacking. I gave a 3 star rating because we've had great experiences at this restaurant in the past so I am hoping this was a one-off occasion of a not so good experience.

We are so thankful to have Tru Food as an option! I have food allergies that are always accommodated, and we appreciate all the organic, seasonal, and healthy options. There are few places that meet their quality and standards. And there's nothing yet that we haven't liked. This particular visit was just as wonderful. Our waiter, Walker, was exceptional. He was super kind and attentive as well as helpful in terms of finding things that would be both safe for my allergy needs and tasty. Highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised by my meal. I had the salmon. Others in my group had chicken, salad, wraps, and soup. We also tried the brussel sprouts appetizer. Ingredients were fresh and flavorful from proteins, dressing, to sauces. I highly recommend and will eagerly return to try something new.

Meal was wrong multiple times and then they didn't have oven for fries and then it wasn't that great and it was very expensive.

We were looking for a place to celebrate a birthday near the Jacksonville Town Center. Since we were coming from a high school football game, we were looking for something casual with an exciting menu that would satisfy a whole food plant base lifestyle. True Food Kitchen quickly went to the top of the list. The menu was full of great options and the food was delicious. We did have an issue with the AC leaking water next to our table, but they moved us to a new table. We also had an issue with one of the craft cocktail, but they quickly remade it. Hunter did a good job of making sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for fresh whole food plant base menu in a relaxed casual environment, we recommend True Food Kitchen.

Ive been here a couple of times and didn't disappoint. The butternut squash pizza is very unique but delicious. Charred cauliflower was really good as well. Would give it a 5 if the app allowed.

Our server was amazing- professional and incredibly helpful. The food was delicious; I had the seasonal pizza with butternut squash and lemon ricotta. As a foodie with gluten and pork allergies, I found this to be an exceptional option. The hibiscus and cactus refresher was perfectly crafted. A five-star experience!

It was just OK. This is my wife's favorite restaurant and used to be mine as well. We have been going there every month or two for years, and I've seen a gradual decline in both the quality of the food and the variety. They occupy a niche market in offering healthy fare, but the menu has become less interesting, and frankly, it's just not that good anymore. Drinks were not great, and service was friendly but very slow. I probably would do Seasons 52 next time for well-prepared healthy food, better service, and better drinks.
