This is healthy food with may choices. I went for the brunch this time and there was a wide selection from traditional eggs with a variety of meets as well as smoked salmon which I had. Nicely prepared, although I would have preferred the eggs a bit more done.

First time dining at True Food Kitchen. While I did peruse the menu before arriving, it was still difficult to actually decide! The service was fabulous, courteous and kind without being obtrusive. I was really impressed with how open and inviting the space was without running into issues with noise from fellow diners. The food was certainly delicious, fresh and delightful. The whole party enjoyed their meals. While we do intend to eat there again, it will be a “special occasion” place for us.

Beautiful Saturday morning on the patio. Horchata, Lemon Blueberry Muffin and Smoked Salmon toast. There may have also been an espresso martini in there... first one I have had before noon. All was great! Food was fresh, tasty and filling. Service was just right!

I was really looking forward to trying True Food, since I eat clean and love the idea and mission. We were really disappointed. The service was nice enough but quite slow. They mentioned at least three times there was a large party that was taking them so long, but the place was at about 40% capacity. It took a good 15 minutes to get our drinks and waters and about 40 to get our entrees from the time we ordered. For how full the restaurant was that seems a bit long. The appetizers were fine, but portions were so small for the price. Example is the chips and guacamole, I think there were about 9 chips on the plate. I came with my family of 4, with 2 teenage boys and it really felt like bird servings. The entrees were so-so. My son ordered a burger, medium rare. It came well done. They brought him another one, which was medium well and he just ate it. It was also really small and he left hungry. I ordered the Idaho Rainbow Trout. It was so salty and dry it was like fish jerky. It was also EXTREMELY fishy, I think it was past its date a day... that's why they pickled it in salt before overcooking it. It was served on a bed of unsalty quinoa, with canned artichoke hearts and red peppers mixed in-- that tasted about as good as it sounds. I actually felt ill later that night thinking about the meal. My husband got the meatloaf. It was dry and hard and extremely lean. Served on a bed of hard, undercooked carrots and literally ONE quarter of one potato. One bite of potato! Meatloaf is pretty easy to make delicious but this was a fail. My other son was happy with his sourdough pepperoni pizza, which was good. All around very disappointing, especially for the prices. I was hoping this would be a new place for us to go, since we're exactly the target audience for this restaurant concept. I hope they figure it out, I would love to see it succeed.

Food was fresh and pleasantly different from otherwise typical dishes - in fun ways. Every bite was delightful! There was some technical problem with the ordering system and we waited a bit longer than we should have needed to between salads and main dishes, but the waiters were polite and attentive! Good job, TFK!!

We had ordered the humus with Pita and we asked for it not to be well done. And unfortunately, it came back crispy and black. They then brought us not toasted pita and when we were checking out, we saw that we were charged $2 for that! We love True Food, but was just a little disappointed. Also, we ordered the brownie with ice cream and our ice cream had chunks of ice in it. We did show the server and she was amazed!

Painfully slow service, some items were overcooked, food in general nothing to crow about and two meals almost inedible.

Chicken wrap was excellent. As well as the Roasted Potatoes. And the Orange Spritzer was very good and unusual.

Placed an order for pickup and when arriving there were 3 cats in the parking lot so it was already looking great. Went inside and wasn’t sure where to pick up the order but a kind young woman with long curly hair assisted me. Food was great!

This is the only place in town that I know of that doesn't use seed oils. They make the majority of their breads and other ingredients in house. I loved my pizza and will be back!Dietary restrictions: Seed-oil-free

I ordered the seasonal harvest salad. It was half the size it usually is. There were maybe 4 pomegranate seeds and the mulberry’s, if that was what it was were burnt. There also maybe 2 cannelloni beans. A sad salad for sure.

I've never had a bad meal at True Food until today. Something seemed really off at this location. It was almost empty, I waited a long time once seated for anyone to acknowledge me, my appetizer and entree arrived together, the food wasn't very good and please don't ask me if I want dessert in the middle of my meal.
