After months of supporting this business, I came in today to get my usual drink. After paying for two drinks, I am told that I cannot customize my drink anymore not even for a fee. I was told to either get the drink how it is made or get a refund and ofc I wanted a refund.This is bad business and this is not how you get loyal customers. I don’t think I’ll be coming back until the attitude of the manager changes. Matter of fact the manager should be ashamed of themselves to treat loyal customers this way!

Worst Taro Milk I have tried. I love boba tea and I couldn’t even finish half of this drink. I had bad reflux after just drinking 1/4 of the drink. Don’t recommend.
