After months of supporting this business, I came in today to get my usual drink. After paying for two drinks, I am told that I cannot customize my drink anymore not even for a fee. I was told to either get the drink how it is made or get a refund and ofc I wanted a refund.This is bad business and this is not how you get loyal customers. I don’t think I’ll be coming back until the attitude of the manager changes. Matter of fact the manager should be ashamed of themselves to treat loyal customers this way!

Worst Taro Milk I have tried. I love boba tea and I couldn’t even finish half of this drink. I had bad reflux after just drinking 1/4 of the drink. Don’t recommend.

My partner ordered me some spicy popcorn to go. Unfortunately the chicken was not cooked to temperature and it was still raw inside. Really disappointed because I heard a lot of good things about their popcorn chicken snack.

This is the second time I’ve had a problem with my order, we come in quiet often and get the strawberry milk green tea with no crystal pearls, I’ve ordered it at least 15 times before and never had a problem, today I put the note for no crystal pearls and they put ONLY crystal pearls, we ordered 3 drinks with 3x boba so it equaled 30$ and we were refused a refund or even to have 1 of the drinks remade… I will not be returning

no joke these drinks were so expensive only to taste either: super acidic, like only milk, or super fragrancy as if i poured a perfume bottle down it. don’t waste your money here, kung fu tea is WAY better than any of these locations. as a barista I can tell these drinks were made with literally no effort put into them. the photos show these drinks made at their best but in reality they skimp out on ingredients and it just tastes awful.
