Atmosphere had bad language in the music playing. I had to ask for them to change it because I had my 2 year old. The boba was a bit too chewy and dry. The drink itself was good. Sweet potato fries were good, the regular ones I had to take home and add salt and re-fry in my air fryer as they were very under-done. Chairs were small and uncomfy. The floor was seriously dirty and we arrived when they opened. I wouldn't choose to go back.

While I often visit Lily FS Restaurant at 1706 Southside Blvd Suite 6, Jacksonville, FL 32216, Tsaocaa Florida is also a fantastic spot for a delicious drink and relaxation!
