This place use to be great, however my most recent experience's haven't been so pleasant. So one day recently I order a steak and cheese with fries, I didn't look at the food until I got home. Anyhow I get home and take a few bites only to realize the meat to pepper and onions ratio was terrible. I had more veggies than actual steak. They hide it by putting a layer of cheese on top to hide the filling smh. This has happened at least twice, another bad experience was I ordered some wings and got home and the wings were old and reheated. Just disgusting. All other locations are pretty good though.

The man that be in the window be very rude with an attitude. Do better sir!

They gave me old chicken wings. They were discolored and had so manny feathers still attached it made me nauseous. I’m very disappointed and wish I didn’t waste my money

Customer service is the worst!!!! The man at the window is very rude and inpatient when trying to place an order. I refuse to purchase food and not get good customer service!!! The food is not that good it’s salty and the wings over cooked, for me to accept the rudeness and I am paying my money!! I don’t understand how the owner expects to come in a neighborhood, get our money and think it’s okay to talk to paying customers with disrespect and rudeness!!!! No not this lady!!!

As I was ordering today, I noticed the cashier/manager was in a terrible mood. His customer service was bad. I did not feel welcome at all. Instead of asking me " may I take your order", he asked me " what do you want". He also had a frown on my face the entire time.

What a gem! An incredible variety! Incredible french fries and onion rings (I am a certified expert). In addition to various types of tasty seafood, they also have gizzards and livers (which I personally love). Service is also pretty quick. They may have to kick me out.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE I WAS RUSHED ON MY ORDER AND THEN THE MAN CONTINUED TO GET SMART WITH ME AFTER I TOLD HIM I NEVER ATE THERE BEFORE HE ASKED ME WHAT U NEED 19 MINUTES He WAS VERY VERY RUDE TO ME IVE NEVER EXPECTED TO BE TREATED WAY I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN NOR LET any of my family and friend eat there people shouldn’t be treated that way when spending they money so sad worst experience of my life

This was not fried hard like requested. Wasn't even done. Had to re-cook just for them to be edible. This location has disappointed for the last time.
