Tunis crew on Emerson is always friendly and the food is fresh. I have special food request due to health reason they always accomadate with no issue. Keep going guys!!

I have had many incidents attempting to call in an order, and the phone is either busy, (for extended periods of time,) or the phone rings a dozen (or more) times, then hangs up.
Please note: the food, when you can get it, is good. But the phone- in ordering is abysmal.
It is very unfortunate, but I won't rely on Tunis on Emerson for my take-out orders.

I ordered the 30 PC shrimp w/ fries and a large mango, orange, pineapple drink. The food was fresh, the fries had a tasty seasoning, and the juice drink was good. The quantity was adequate for the price (I didn't finish it all). The gentleman who took my order was polite and courteous.

Great lunch spot if you work nearby. The food is made to order, for what you get and the price it’s worth the slight wait. Beats the hell out of McD or the like.

Hair in my food… looks similar to pubic hair. I’m soo disgusted I don’t care about the money back or wanting anything else from here! I wish I could post a pic but I don’t see the option. This is a warning not a rant. Last order. Health department should be contacted

Uber Eats order was accepted by Tunis on Emerson at 9:55. This location closes at 10:30. Order kept being delayed and as a result delivery reassigned to 6+ different drivers. Tried calling Tunis multiple times but no answer. After over an hour finally had to cancel the order at 11:05. The current assigned driver stated the store was closed and no one there. Tunis shouldn't accept orders they don't intend to fulfill.
Food was great. Service was awesome. Could use a deep cleaning.
