I have visited twice, the food and Boba tea are excellent but the server is not friendly, is been the same server both times. He comes across rude and out of touch with people.

Weird Vibes, Nasty Boba
The Riverside location was dirty (nasty/stained couches, cobwebs in the corners of the ceilings. They were so thick that I thought they were fake/decorations). The boba was nasty and mushy, and the caramel tea was watered down, and nearly turned/soured my stomach. Overall vibes of the place were weird.

We read all the great reviews and so had to try place The food was good though not as good as Tim Wah. Why we rated our experience poor was the waiter ( who may also be the owner) He greeted us with a scowl on his face and it was there when he took our order and brought our food. We felt unwelcome and even more so when treated the Chinese family that arrived after us with big smiles.

Rediculously cute shop with delicious boba. I tried the half citrus half lime drink with boba and it was like biting into an orange. Definitely gonna stop here any time I'm in Five Points.

Price is resonable, but unfortunately I did not love the rose milk tea. However, this does not mean other customers won't enjoy it.
I paid for my tea including boba and cream cheese and 6 people came in after me and received their tea with boba before me and then proceeded to finally give me mines and says oh we are out of boba. Yeah, you gave it to the other people that came after me! Disgusting on how me and my daughter come in and paid them sat down and waited to be served last after I paid and ordered before a group came in will never sit right with me! Don’t waste your time here. Charged me for the boba and didn’t have the decency to refund me after you served the others before me when I came in first! Very disappointed!
