This is my second time eating from Urban Eats Bistro! Food was fresh delicious and worth the ride from Southside to pick up, Can’t wait to taste the crab-cakes the staff was Awesome.

It’s a no for me. My coworkers and I wanted to try this place out for our company’s potluck after hearing got good the food. When I called to inquire about placing our orders in advance for next week, I was poorly greeted with “urban eats we are only taking walk ins” followed by being hung up on. I will never support bad customer service and you just missed out on an order for 30

They were out of most of the stuff I wanted to order .. the woman working the cashier was a little rude and I tried their kettle corn it was old and chewy and it made me chip one of my veneers .. so if that tells you anything

Salmon Bento box, Shrimp bento box , 1 punch, 4 cookies =$ 42.00 . They gave 3 lil shrimp and both meals wasn't anything to brag about at all . And the punch taste like flavor aide, cookies weren't all that fresh. Saddens me , If I was to return it wouldn't be anytime soon .

If you haven’t tried this place you’re missing out! I’ve tried almost everything on their menu. Idc about the wait, you wait at all restaurants, this isn’t a drive-thru.
