Super hot on the inside, to the point where they need a fan blowing from the front door in their direction. There are kiosk in which you can order, But the food is dangerously overpriced. It’s almost 10 bucks if you want extra meat. And you can’t trust that they’ll fry your rice even though you have to pay extra for that as well. The soup is so bland it’s like you’re just drinking brown water… To have had to spend Almost 70 bucks and get super hot food that is completely tasteless does put a bad taste in a person’s mouth. I went for the experience, and I will never return for the same reason. There’s absolutely no reason where a bowl of rice and chicken should cost 17 bucks.

The restaurant had convenient hours whichever as especially good since the place we originally tried to go to wouldn’t serve us 30 minutes to close :(.

Food was okay. A bit too sweet for my liking. The pho didn’t taste or smell like pho. The meat cuts were so thick, felt like I was eating meat with rice. The com with bbq pork was okay and sweet as well. The bun combo bowl, my husband liked.

We’re just visiting so if I had to answer the question, “would you come back?” It’s have to be a no.

Also, a prior reviewer mentioned it being hot. We came late in evening but even then it was a little to warm inside. They had a fan blowing where we sat which was nice but I couldn’t totally see it getting hot in there.

Not much seating space.

The staff was GREAT.

Dont forget customers drink even it were reminded by ur colleague.

I ordered the Saigon a couple times comes with the meatballs, tripe, tendon and chucks of beef. Delicious broth, not the best but good and delicious. The top point for this restaurant is the high quality meat and the amount that comes in each bowl. Speedy service. High quality ingredients!!! Perfect lunch time stop. Plenty indoor or outdoor seating for groups.

My son treated me to dinner and this was such a hidden gem 💎 we loved everything and we'll definitely be back. I will say that the air was off and it was very hot and humid inside the establishment.... we didn't care for that.

We loved the pho with chicken broth and vegetables. The chicken fried rice was on point. The only drawback was the heat inside the restaurant. Highly recommend for takeout!

barely touched my food and already got an msg headache. it does not taste like what pho is supposed to taste like. the broth is off. the ingredients look fresh and tasty though.

This WAS my favorite pho spot in Jacksonville for over a year! I used to eat here no less than once a week, sometimes 3-4 times a week! They USED to have dark, rich, flavorful pho broth and tender well seasoned brisket. Unfortunately within the last several months the quality has drastically declined. The broth is so light in color & bland, might as well be chicken broth, and the meat is now dry & tough. Not sure if they've changed ownership or they just don't care about quality anymore, but it shows. They've lost a faithful customer because of it though.

As a Vietnamese guy, when I order the chef special, I expect to get what's pictured.

My food came with zero brisket or meatballs. Disappointing

American version of pho. I make it better lol. I am extremely disappointed after being introduced and trying out different places. If you’re looking for something authentic, definitely go elsewhere. This place was like asking for a funnel cake at a fair and then getting one at Denny’s. Go elsewhere.
