We ate on site. The service is too casual, those who served us cannot be called waiters. Very little professionalism. The pizza was quite good, you could feel that the ingredients were of quality. It's absurd that there is no water in the refillers, which must be purchased in a separate bottle.
Dietary restrictions: The pizzeria also has gluten-free pizza on the menu, which is made with a dough of cauliflower, corn flour and tapioca. I was surprised because the dough was very good.
Parking: The venue has its own private car park, with around twenty parking spaces.

Ordered delivery and pizza came unsliced with next to no cheese. $14 meatball sandwich had 2 meatballs. Cheesecake was ok.

I love V’s - the food is really good, the cocktails are among the best in town - but they really, really need to figure out how to expedite. As I type this, my order is 30 minutes past its estimated ready time. I told myself that I shouldn’t do V’s tonight, because I had plans, and I know it’s going to be a shit show - but I justified it to myself - it’s Monday, it’s 6pm, how could they be crowded??? Nope - wrong again - now I’m missing the start of the concert with no clue how much longer it will be…..

Had a great time at the SideCar. Wish they had servers on the bar side. But otherwise it was fun.

The Italian beef combo dipped is one of the best.

I ordered a signature pizza and it was super undercooked, the dough was raw and the pizza was so wet that it was actually floppy and soggy. This might actually be the worst slice of pizza I’ve ever had.

The Classic V Margherita was fantastic. The service here is great and I had mentioned that I had never been before and I was brought out 4 of their signature wings to try, on the house. These were amazing as well!

met Tory and Vince with my sister and I. Pizza was great. But the fact that both managers stopped by to check on our experience was appreciated. Will definitely come back because of table visit. Tory and Vince keep doing what you are doing.

Every good thing you hear about this place is an understatement. Excellent service! Joshua, thanks for being so patient with us indecisive folks ?
Didn’t catch the name of the man that brought us the food but he was also very attentive. We (2 people) were not super hungry so we ordered a 10” Flyin’ Hawaiian pizza and an order of 10 of the V signature wings to share. I had a mad craving for arugula and asked if we could add some to the pizza - they said yes for $1 up charge which we thought was fair. To my surprise the pizza came out with a mountain of arugula so we made 2 salads + left some on the pizza. What a deal!
As for the food, I tell ya that pizza was PERFECT from just the right amount of super fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and just the right amount of cooking. The wings, without hyperbole, are one of my top 5 I’ve ever had. The caramelized onions ended up being a great companion to the slight sweetness of the pizza.
We will definitely go back to try other items from their menu!

Not sure what happened. I had a pepperoni pizza and a margarita pizza, but I was sick the next day after—bad sick. One thing that had me scratching my head was the person taking our order at the cash register had on black gloves. Are they handling money and making pizza? What is the deal? No hate on V because they are typically okay and do good for the community…just wild. For 5 wings, 2 pizzas, 2 drinks and a salad it was $75. You might could make the pizza not so thin and floppy for $20+ a pie.
