Visiting JAX for the first time. This place was a couple of blocks from our rental. Saw the menu and saw some interesting pizzas. Settled on the Ala Di Pollo, also recommended by Todd. The wings were out off the chart! Marinated and wood fire cooked in the pizza oven. ?By the way, he was checking all of the tables taking care of the room. Great experience and loved the pizza!

Service is fantastic. They check in frequently, even in the middle of a lunch rush.Atmosphere is casual, with food delivered to your table in a comfortable dining area filled with the sound of other diners' conversation and the noise of cooking from the open kitchen. If there's any doubt that the ingredients they use are fresh and high-quality, you can actually watch them slice meats and shred cheeses while you wait for your food.And, the food. The crust is wood-oven perfection. It is thin without being crunchy, and is flavorful enough to be worth eating on its own. The sauce is amazing. Their use of San Marzano tomatoes and EVOO is obvious through its flavor and silky texture around the pieces of tomato. The toppings are fresh, (see above re: freshly prepped meats & cheese), and administered in thoughtful proportions on each pie.The salads are spectacular as well. I didn't see it, but I have no doubt that they are freshly prepared in-house daily. Their standards are so high that if you order a salad with chicken, they bring you freshly cooked chicken from the kitchen, instead of having previously-cooked chicken sitting on the salad in the cooler.We were told that the mantra at V Pizza is that nothing makes it to the table that doesn't represent their brand. For a pizza place I’ve had better, in most other places. Under side edges is black charcoal and center is under cooked. Only 1 size 13” so it could be properly cooked. Way too much sauce, center so uncooked and saucy you need a spoon. Skimpy on cheese which is blobs not spread. They claim to have parking but way too small for the number of people so expect to park across street at bank. Oh, no waiters to take orders. You stand in line to order food and go next door to stand in line to order drinks that you carry back to your long shared long table with strangers. They could use more bartenders as well.

I called in an order and came in 20 min after that and was waiting for my food while being informed that it was all “coming out” to us. Come to find out our pizza and wings were ready the entire time I was there waiting almost half an hour. More than 6 people there during their closing time and not a single one of them cared to ask us what we were waiting for. The lady who took our order didn’t even check to see if our food was ready when we arrived and then proceeded to clock out and not inform anyone we were waiting. We spent over $50 on our food and received little to no hospitality. We usually love going to this place but are sad to say we will not be returning.

This was my 1st visit to V's. I really enjoyed the pizza that I ordered. I would say that I wished they had smaller pizza options. I was ordering for just myself and had to get what most would consider a medium pizza. It was just a little more than I wanted to eat that day. The service is good in that you order as you walk in and the young lady was pleasant and helpful. I told her this was my 1st time there and she explained the menu. You get your own drinks after you sit down. There really isn't much service after that. No big deal. On a good note as I was waiting on my pizza another your lady brought out a stromboli and said this is for our 1st time visitors, on the house. I have to say that I really enjoyed it! It really was very good and I would recommend it to anyone. This place may be a lot of serve yourself but the food is good and the place was clean. If you are in the area it is worth the trip
Had delivered, but V pizza "always delivers the goodness" instructions included because their pizza is made to be eaten NOW. I have zero complaints. I love V and their crust is a standout. Love it. I eat all of it. Don't shame, V pizza is on their game!!
