Great food and good portion sizes. I will be returning. Even the meat-eater who I shared this meal with said it tasted really good! We had the Loaded Lasagna •Jerk Plantain •Roasted Mango Chutney Brussel Sprouts •Sourdough Spelt Toast •Strawberry Crunch Cupcake (all came in the individual meal "Soul Saturday")

I did a 6 day meal prep because of my busy schedule and the food was phenomenal! I highly recommend (10/10) for meal preps or just a daily meal when you don’t feel like cooking. I’m definitely going to use her services again. Also, the food was delivered in a timely manner. I asked her if she could meet me halfway because I live in St. Augustine and she said yes with no hesitation. 😋🥰🌟🌟
