We absolutely love it here and especially the crab cake. This trip when we landed we even stayed here to eat dinner.

The best Vino Volo (JAX) I have visited across 6 different airports. It's larger with an extensive menu that other locations do not have. Staff was excellent. Please expand the other locations.

I travel for work so I'm used to Airport prices and food. But this was ridiculous. $20
For the hamburger that was super small, with no cheese and just a few chips that you could count with the fingers in your hands.
Cheese was 3.50 and ask for medium rare and got super rare. The worst experience I had in a airport restaurant.

The French toast definitely starts frozen and was still slightly cold when served. The $3 egg was not even McDonald's standards. I won't eat here again.

I love Vino Volo and this newer location that finally opened. But the bartenders could be a little more on top of it. I come here every week and on multiple occasions, I’ve waited a while for someone to finally acknowledge that I sat down. I’ll still come here as they are friendly but they could be more alert and efficient.

Mimosa is a little on the pricey side but that’s expected for an airport. Traci was very sweet and accommodating and stepped in when the bartender had to step away

I am giving a lower rated than I normally would - because after a sale of the business they are now charging $1 for a glass of tap water. In context - we have now had 7 glasses of wine and two of the food dishes. We are not trying to take a table and only order water! I don’t believe I have ever been charged for tao water in Florida. I don’t see any justification for charging for tap water! A waiter told us it is the policy of the new owners. I hope they see this feedback. We have a history of always swinging by Vino Volo before a flight … but honestly this policy is repellent enough we may not in the future.
