Aspendos Italian Cuisine and Pizza

I got my order to go. It looked good, 5 minutes later the Golden top turned into burnt dry crust. Steak knife would barely cut through the calzone. The worst I have ever had. Dried out, little flavor and you could not even see any cheese.$20 in the garage!!

I REALLY wanted to like this place and support small businesses. My friend who raved about it - gave me a certificate to try it out.
I went during lunch middle of the week and the people were super nice and welcoming. At the moment, the restaurant was empty.
I ordered my favorite pasta dish to go (which is carbonara) and what they gave me failed miserably. It was pasta, bacon and scrambled eggs mixed together. The dish was terrible and their chef clearly did not know how to make it (see pic). I was disappointed and didn’t have the heart to go back and return it. Carbonara when prepared properly is creamy and delicious. This pasta was almost inedible and I ended up throwing it away. I might give them another chance and update my review. Maybe pizza is their strength?
Hard pass on ordering pasta again unfortunately.

Establishment is okay, the pizza took way too long to come out but the flavor was okay. Ordered a white pizza and a New York style pepperoni and they were both the same. Did not taste like a new york style. Also make sure you clarify your order when ordering food. We ordered a large new york style pepperoni and half cheese and they ended up charging us extra for the pepperoni 😯 we also ordered some garlic bread as appetizer but it never came out.

In the end, will I ever come back here...No. We paid $80 for 2 pizzas and 3 drinks. First and last for us.

$40 for 2 medium pizzas. Lack luster to say the least. I’ll be driving across town to V Pizza as always. Unfortunately another failed restaurant in oakleaf.

Pizza is good but how come margherita has tomatoes haha but the calamari is nasty 🤮

This was out first time eating at Aspendos. Pizza for Christmas Eve. They were so friendly. Had the pick up order ready on time. The pizza is so good. Even our picky 10 year old eater enjoyed it. I think it has become my new favorite. Can't wait to try other menu items.

First time visit, we had been looking for something new in our area. They have a great lunch menu, nice variety and comes with a drink. We had the fried ravioli, bruschetta, baked lasagna and fettuccine Alfredo. It was all so good, I would like to see more pieces with the brushetta 2 pieces wasn't enough because it was really tasty. We will definitely be back.

My mother-in-law does He says he’s gone on her mother and her our immediate family son-in-law and not even like Italian food, but she just raved over the shrimp Alfredo and I’ve never seen her eat pizza and she took Pizza home with her.
