Even though this location is almost a half hour away, the food was amazing enough that I would definitely come back to try more. The decor and lighting were beautiful. I ordered a Mai Thai once everything was settled. I wish it would have had grenadine and less ice, but it was still good nonetheless. Afterwards, we had the Salmon Mango Tartare. Which was amazing. The flavors paired together very well. I'm not much of a fruit and seafood girl, but this tasted great. After that, they brought out hot appetizers for everyone to try. Gyoza, shumai, crab Rangoon, spring rolls, and edamame. I tried everything except the crab Rangoon since I don't like cream cheese. It was very good and not greasy at all. They brought us nigiri next, followed by sashimi. I had the yellowtail and tuna, as those are my two favorites anyway. We had the Birds Nest roll followed by the Volcano Roll. Both were delicious. And they set the volcano roll on fire at the table. It was beautiful. They brought out hibachi, with steak, chicken, and shrimp. They had broccoli, zucchini, and carrots as the vegetables. And finally, they brought out the mochi. I tried the mango and strawberry since green tea has always been too bland for me. All in all it was an amazing time with really great people. I can't wait to try again!Vegetarian options: EdamameParking: It's in the corner of a plaza. Parking behind was small before you had to go around the building.

The course were awesome and delicious. All were over the top but the Salmon Mango Tartare was a 10/10 surprise. The service was pleasant and done with a smile. The vibe and ambiance are a modern hipster style.

We have eaten here twice and have been delighted by the excellent food. Sushi rolls were some of the best I have had in Jacksonville. The Pink Lady with eel sauce was a homerun. Reasonable drink prices and wide variety of choices for food items. We will be regulars at this new place as long as the consistency holds up.

There was ample parking with available spots in front of the restaurant. If not there is a huge free car lot in the common space of Fresh Market. The staff was courteous and prompt. If you are far sighted like me, walk with your glasses as the menu is extensive and all the items are listed in tiny font on a double sided menu. We were impressed with the presentation of the Volcano roll. Unfortunately we were not as impressed with the fried rice from the shrimp Hibachi which was a bit chewy. The fires starter roll was on par with other Sushi restaurants. We ordered sweet tea as our non alcoholic drink but were not offered refills. This is not an issue for me but it seems that other competitors often offer refills. The Salmon sashimi was fresh but we overheard another customer stating that the wasabi had no kick. I didn't believe her at first as tried it on its own and she was right! The ambience was modern and inviting but it seemed to outshine the standard that we were expecting for the food. This restaurant maybe a good option for a quick bite during the workweek akin to other sushi houses but would not plan to go there for a special occasion.

Our take out order took much longer than quoted on the phone. My sushi was very good and fresh. My husband’s stir fried rice and beef was just okay, according to him. Didn’t appear very appetizing.

Tucked away in a corner. Menu online is out of date. Went there for ramen, but they no longer provided it. Food was pretty alright . But for it's price point little much.

SOME OF THE BEST SUSHI IN JAX!!! And for a reasonable price! I've been twice a week since they opened. Here are my favorite rolls I've tried (in order) 1 - Green River (on the sweeter side, so fresh) 2 - Ninja (savory, delish) 3 - Gold Armor (sweeter, slightly warm) You can't go wrong though. I would also recommend the Miso Soup, Cucumber Salad, and Wontons to start.

I wish I had known about this place earlier. Very cool decor, great food, full bar, and great service. We had sushi and ordered our toddler the fried udon noodles. The fish was fresh, would definitely get more nigiri & add some sashimi next time. Noddles were amazing. We will definitely be back!

We felt very rushed considering the restaurant was empty. Myself and a friend visited here for the first time today and sat on the patio. The introduction from the host, who appeard to also be the owner was cold and we didn't feel comfortable enough to sit and enjoy our food, have conversation without being asked every five minutes if we were ready to order the to go orders we advised our waitress early on we would order before we leave. We will never come here again.

Placed an order for pickup for 6 people, they bagged everyone's order separately and identified each one perfectly which was so helpful! Good prices and the food was delicious!
