Stopped here for a quick lunch. Service was prompt and friendly. Miso was hot and flavorful. Lunch specials were very generous and a great value! Spicy tuna was best of the 4 rolls we tried. Would come back here again.

Zhanna is the loveliest server! She always remembers what we like to drink before we even order it and she is so kind and attentive. It is such a pleasure to come and see her when we come to Volcano for dinner, like visiting an old friend. We are new to the area and she spent so much time with us getting to know us and made excellent menu recommendations! The food is always fresh and delicious at Volcano and we love Zhanna!

I ordered food online, and was told they would text me when it was ready. I had ordered it at the wrong store but didn'tknow that yet. When I arrived and asked about my order, they said it would be ready in a minute. 45 minutes later, my lunch hour was gone and I demanded an explanation; and they finally looked up the order and saw I was at the wrong store. No one had texted me which would have alerted me to the problem half an hour earlier. As I now had to go back to work with no food, I asked for a refund but was told it was my mistake and therefore they were keeping my money.

If you are looking for great sushi and superb service, look no further than Volcano Sushi in the Windsor Commons shopping center on Hodges. The sushi is fresh and always prepared perfectly. One of the highlights of the restaurant is the server named Zhanna. She is from Eastern Europe and has a wonderful personality. Always remembers our names and what we normally order. Sometimes we can't decide if we go there for the sushi or to see Zhanna. She makes every visit just delightful.

We were underwhelmed. Not sure what days they get their fish, but when we went on a Sunday, it did not taste fresh. Also, a big pet peeve of mine, is the person at entry desk was texting on their phone. Put your phone down, and do your job.
