It was very uninviting, not only from the outside, but inside as soon as we sat down, we weren't even looked at by the server.And the gentleman walked out from behind, and immediately said, this section is closed.You have to get up and go over there, didn't even look in our direction.Just walked right past us and said it with a huge attitude.So we left immediately. Simple customer service is exactly what these folks do.I know because I am in customer service and that wouldn't fly in my line of work.

Only reason I give this place 2 stars is because I’ve eaten here before and it was great. However, this is the first WH I’ve been to IN MY LIFE that has the option to do to-go only. It’s 4am on a Friday near the airport, I want to sit down with a waffle and shit coffee before my early flight. Don’t come here if you want reliability.

When I walked in the door, the guy cooking looked at me and just gave me the meanest look and started shaking his head like you didn't want to be there. I ordered that loaded hash brown bowl. No mushrooms, chili and gravy when they gave me my food and didn't have chili and gravy and I asked for it and the guy smacked this teeth and walked over there and put gravy and chili on my food like I asked and when I got back to the motel room which was a 4-minute drive I started eating and there was mushrooms all on the bottom covered up with the gravy in chili so after working a 14-hour day I just wanted something to eat and I couldn't even enjoy. It won't be going back one of the worst waffle House experiences I've had

The ladies working here were so lovely and just had the best personalities. Had us laughing from the moment we sat down til we left and great conversation the whole time we were there. Food was great, staff was great. Hands down the best experience we've ever had and will definitely be back to this location.

The floor and most every counter and table needed to be cleaned. Service was quick and efficient and the food okay. I would have liked metal utensils to eat with as well as a spoon to stir my coffee and eat my grits.
Since the place was near empty and there were at least 4 employees present, there was absolutely no excuse for not cleaning.
I don't see myself returning to this location. Blessings
