Our server had to be the worst server ever. Food came before our drinks. Could not get a hold if her as she was walking up and down the line eating food in front of customers and doing side work. Wearing headphones, had personal belonging on booth next to customers. Took forever to get our check.Worst server ever. Food however as always is delightful.

A rapid fire review. I'm just going to write my immediate impressions.Quick breakfast this morning. Fabia was my server, and is awesome, as is all the staff, I've been to many Waffle Houses throughout the land and this one is no exception. Quality food. Quality, attentive service, no nonsense and a most functional place to have, for me, breakfast. I've never dined lunch there.Food and service is five stars. Can't go wrong there. Some very minor, and I really mean minor but I'm bringing them up anyways.Coffee could be better, it should be better to match the quality of the food. Waffle House coffee isn't too far beyond instant. It's passable but it needs to be better.Parking lot is tight, especially with compact area in between buildings. Coming and going. Good amount of backing. It's basically the only option.Lastly, is something I hadn't ever noticed before. Like all Waffle Houses this location was increasingly busy I'd have to say it was about a 50/50% mix of dine in and takeout. When I went to check out, which is also an efficient process I noticed, (if I'm correct), there is a 20% surcharge on takeout orders. It's there and I think it's fair. The staff are all hard working and they need to be remunerated for all that they are doing. ?

took them 25mins to bring our drinks then a additional 40 mins to bring our food. we came on a business trip to Jacksonville and get off work late so for the past 4night it's the same thing slow and poor customer service..and each night we noticed they would turn other customers away because they dont wanna to work as one of the workers stated..dont come to this place it's the worst business here..

This Waffle House is always such a hoot. The ladies that run this place are always laughing and telling stories and having a good time. My food always comes out fast and hot. The staff regularly stops to check on you and are always giving out compliments. I really appreciate how friendly the staff is here. I try to come in once a month during work when I drop off passengers at the airport.

Waffle House has always been my go to place to get a Breakfast or a grilled cheese sandwich. Today I stopped at this location because I wanted a breakfast at almost 2pm in the afternoon. I got the Huge Special two eggs fried over medium. White toast, hash-browns plain Jane with bacon. And a Waffle with ice water. This all came to $11.70 plus tax. I gave my waitress about to go off duty for the day a $3.25 tip. She got to me in under 3 minutes because she was helping other customers at the time. She took my order as I told it to her. The cook did his job and my food was on my table in no time. I had a stopwatch on to see how long it would be when I sat down to get served and get my food. Me eating the food and paying for my meal to get back in my car. All just under 40 minutes. Good Job Waffle House Crew near "JIA Airport."

Great food, great service.Last time me and my brother went here, it took us over 10 minutes to be served.I ordered eggs, bacon, and toast.My brother ordered a waffle with bacon and toast.ALL of our food, without exception, arrived cold.My brother's waffle was undercooked.Our bacon was burnt and arrived swimming in plates full of visibly sooty grease.The bread arrived barely toasted, and we were not provided with butter or jam as we were on previous visits.The atmosphere in the diner was so freezing cold that condensation had completely covered the windows.I dressed for 75 degree weather; inside the diner felt like 55.Not sure if the A/C was broken that day or if the staff had tampered with the thermostat.Small wonder all our food arrived cold.The waitress took another 10+ minutes just to come check up on us after we had clearly stopped eating and set our plates aside, just to give us an opportunity to ask for the check, which took another 5 minutes to arrive.Can't help but notice that several recent reviews besides mine also point out bad service, and even more concerningly, make note that the staff seem to have been selectively offering preferential service to specific demographics of people over others.I hope things have changed since that day, but I doubt I'll be dining at this location again. What a shame.

This is the worst waffle house I've ever visited. This place is not letting people inside to eat. It is making everyone wait outside to order and get their food to go . The wait line is so long with everyone outside . I have never seen one of these restaurants make everyone wait outside with no options to come inside to eat. Do not come to this location it is the absolute worst.

The place is a little hidden and does not look busy. But don’t let this fool you. The vibe inside was great. The employees were awesome and the food was FRESH & delicious. You must get the waffle. I absolutely recommend it.
