I use to go to this place religiously. Like I wasted hundreds of dollars a week here But constantly getting beard hairs in my eggs, you get scrambled eggs that look like someone forgot them on the hot plate and they are now fried then they tried to scramble them afterwards. I got a Texas bacon cheese steak melt with 2 eggs scrambled with cheese on top today , the cheese for the sandwich was just laid out on top of the stainless steel next to the grille. then he puts it on the hot plate and leaves it, I can already see he messed my eggs up but ok, he used a scraper on all the stainless steel by the waffle maker to get all the stuck on food off it then just wipes it off and cuts my sandwich in half. I couldn't even finish it because the sandwich tastes sour in one spot and has my tongue burning like they cleaned whatever they had the cheese sitting on and didn't wipe it off.. it's literally always some.kind of issue here

The staff here were amazing, especially the manager Don. Kind, genuine and very quick service. Mom and I had a fun time with the All Star Special. Only $13.50! Cleaned my plate.

I substituted grits for smothered hash browns and the bacon for chicken sausage. Eggs over easy to get all necessary nutrients 😉 Oh… and ofc OJ (orange juice) 🍊

The restaurant was a mess. The kitchen area was dirty. Counter was dirty. The floor was dirty. There was trash under the seats at the counter. The waitress proceeded to make comments how she was the worst server in Jacksonville and her coworker chimed in to confirm that she was, then she asked if we were ready to order. I asked if we could have a menu she replied “maybe”. As my husband reached to grab us a menu, she swatted his hands away. Although she may think she was joking or being funny, it was very unprofessional and rude. They continue to laugh about her poor customer service and how they apologize that we chose to eat here so my family and I got up and left. On the way out she made a comment about being “bougie”, unfortunately our choice to leave was not about being bougie but about poor customer service in an already disgusting environment. We will never visit Waffle House again.

We have just moved to the area and haven't started cooking again yet and they have been a God send ...smiling faces when you walk in and a have a good day when you leave, food cooked great and they speak to everyone. Coming from where we moved from, that is huge deal! My hubby is stuck on their bacon, egg and cheese grit bowl right now......so he orders it everytime and I'm sure they have figured it out, since the bowl today was extra filled he said....

They gave my daughter the wrong order. When I went back to let them know they wanted to argue instead of fixing it. The receipt is not itemized so I have no idea what I actually paid for. When I asked for a refund I was told I have to come back in the morning when the manager was in. I was supposed to get the all star breakfast. Instead I was given the 2 egg breakfast. Horrible experience. I don't usually go to this location. Never again.

Took 10 minutes to have the waitress come to my booth there was only one other customer there. Then took 5 minutes to get my water. The conversation with coworker about some man was more important. Finally got my food that sat on the counter everything was cold. Waited For my waffle that she forgot to start due to her conversation then she cooked it and like to other food sat on counter for 5 to 10 minutes so I just payed my tab and walked out. This is the 3rd visit with same outcome was hoping the others were due to a bad day but seem to be the standard at this specific spot. Save your money and time.

Our Waffle House is the best. Never been disappointed. Yesterday we made an order on the App that we really just needed to cancel and Taylor helped to get that done with no problem. This morning we made another order and it was the first time I had used the app. Boy was it easy and I received a text with the time that my food would be ready. I said to my wife, boy was that fast. Well when I arrived about 2 mins after the expected time the parking lot was almost full so I as a little doubtful that it would be ready. I walked in, was greeted immediately with “Good Morning” and a big smile and my order was sitting on the counter waiting for me. Took it home and my wife and I had a delicious breakfast.
