An elderly black woman with red wicks was my server this morning and was very rude, seemed agitated. She was arguing with someone on the phone and took it out on me and my boyfriend. Regardless, I was still going tip. But when i asked her to fix my order she just walked away irritated. She had an attitude the whole service and i was still being respectful (yes maam, thank u, etc). She never checked on us either. I am a server as well so it hurts not to tip but her service was terrible. starred us down at my car because I didnt tip… I dont expect much from waffle house but its like you can at least not take your frustrations out onto ur customers.

You know what you're going to get when you go to Waffle House it was around 4:30 or 5:00 in the morning the food was okay it was basically a sausage egg and cheese bowl with onions and hash browns overall. The people inside were friendly and if you're from the south you know how it's set up I sat at the counter got my food quickly ate paid and left overall it's one of those like three out of 5 Stars it's not bad and it's not accidentally neither it says comfort food

My husband ordered Papa Joes Pork Chop dinner, it includes covered & peppered hash browns. The cook didn’t make them like that, so the sweet waitress Miss Kayla took them back. The cook just dumped peppers and a slice of cheese on it and sent it back out. He didn’t even try to do them correctly. My husband asked for the manager and it turns out he is the manager. No, it’s not a huge deal, but these days as expensive as it is to eat out, you want your food to be right. The manager’s attitude made it all the more bad. The waitress Miss Kayla is very sweet and accommodating. * This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue here. Normally the cooks are as point as the wait staff.

Place has went to heck,even when the mgr is there,, music is more important than customers,food sucks, never get it right...we have been a long time customers, but going to famous famous to see if it is going to be better... so sad this place is going to heck ( long time customers) but done

Monique and Andrea were awesome! Very personable and hospitable. They made my once every three years all the way hash brown experience unforgettable. They were so nice it made everything taste even better. Please give them big kudos. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our lunch experience thouroughly.
