I had a great encounter with the waitress and I forgot to ask her name. She greeted me with a smile she even made small conversation with me while I waited on my food the food was prepared prompt and it was good to The taste even though it was for my son I snuck a piece of the waffle. The atmosphere was great customer service was a 10 plus. Even the other waitresses that were there were very friendly. The day that I went was 4/2/24 around 8:00 in the morning

Best Waffle House experience I’ve had! Wonderful server and even the cook checked on us, our drinks were always full and service was quick and with a smile. The location was clean and quiet, will definitely be returning!

Unfortunately me and my husband never got the opportunity to dine at this location because we was turned away by the cook because of the color of our skin while everyone else of the opposite race was being served including several folks who came in after us and was ordering the same thing. And to think we was gonna leave them with a $200 tip?♀️

Just to keep this short and simple, but get straight to the point: tho it is possible for someone to eat out so often that they write at least 1 review per day, everyday of the year, it def isn't everyday that you wish there was an extra star, or 2, you could've added to that review board to express the level of QUALITY service you actually received. Checkout Commonwealth Waffle House ASAP!

After a six hour drive, my wife and I pulled in to this location. We were greeted by a gruff “we are to go only”. I explained that my wife and I needed to sit down and eat after a long drive. This was my first ever rude, arrogant reception at any Waffle House. I would never go to this place.

They ghetto and selective on what customers to show good service to. As I sat n front calling to order my food due to my broken hip I was trying to avoid getting out of the car multiple times and standing in the freezing cold establishment. I watched the workers doing literally nothing but chatting n hanging out. My order was wrong and left without all I paid for. I don't recommend this ghetto waffle house.....Bay Meadows is always worth the drive for me and I'm way across town but will hit the bridge anyday for them!

I've always liked coming here, not this one specifically but waffle House period. I've always walked away with a wonderful experience, the staff and customer's alway's leave me smiling ear to ear while I'm walking out the door.Still will always be my favorite place to feel happy!Parking: Just a regular parking lot with good space.Kid-friendliness: I feel like All the employees have always been very kind and helpful, and they have been playful and friendly with any children that were there at the time.Wheelchair accessibility: It's easy to get thru the door if your using a wheelchair.
Found out today they started charging a 10% to go fee and 10% gratuity. A 20% surcharge for getting a to-go order is outrageous. I ended up tipping 20% on top of the not clearly stated charges. Originally my review was 5 stars and said “Great location, always fast service.” Waffle House should pay their employees fairly and not sneak charges on orders. My order ended up close to $40 for 2 plus tip. I think if I order to go again I’ll sit down then ask for a box as soon as the food comes out to the table.
