The workers had the nerve to tell me to fix my attitude after finding a BUG crawling around in my bag with my food upon receiving it. Then there was no way for me to get a refund unless I came back at 7 am or called corporate because there was no one on site that could assist me.

Whoever thought to lock waffle house in the middle of the night is not doing what's best for their bottom line. If I go to another waffle house with a walk up window, full staff inside but I'm getting the security guy to tke my order and be an a-hole while also handing my food out the window I won't spend another dollar there.Everyone who pulled up is like "yo you guys are closed?? " they reply "come down to the window.'Really ? You just locked 50 % of your revenue when u put the window in and lock the door.Waffle house culture isiddle of the night , the only thing open, WHO DOESNT Have a waffle house story.Not so much these days. I guess.

Skip this location. We ordered online for pick up. My cheesy eggs had no cheese (they literally forgot the cheese), the bacon was burnt, steak was tough, biscuit was broken, and the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit only had cheese on half. Also, there was only one set of utensils for two people. I'm a fan of WH but this location was disappointing and made me sad, especially considering how much I paid.
