If i could post a picture of my burnt bacon then I would. Not to mention it was 5:30a and completely dead. I had to ask the waitress to please wipe down the table. Got my food and waited for silverware until finally i had to ask for it. Got DIRTY SILVERWARE . YAY.. WAITRESS WAS POLITE

Currently eating here with Bradlee as our server. Everyone greeted us as we came in. We got to our seats rather quickly and was greeted by the warmest and kindest young lady ever. Bradlee was quick, attentive and kind to everyone including her staff. Staff could be overheard communicating effortlessly and efficiently. Staff worked well together and were upbeat and happy to interact with customers. First visit here but definitely won’t be the last :)

This location is my absolute favorite . It’s never too crowded and the staff is always friendly . I have been coming to this Waffle House in Jacksonville for a few years now and Kachiri is the absolute best ! She knows me by name and knows my order . In this current climate it is so hard to find passionate employees who offer wonderful service , and Kachiri and the rest of the staff exemplify that and more !I don’t know if Kachiri will see this but she is a gem and you all are so lucky to have her !
