I visit this location often. After a long day of grocery shopping, I walked in to grab some lunch. Chance & Kat did advise me once I walked in it would be a wait, they also provided the time the next person was supposed to arrive. Due to unexpected short staff, still after the time frame given. I waited , while they cooked a crew of workers food. These two were awesome because this is allllll I wanted to eat today. Hard work and team work. 5 stars for today.

Walked in 10:30 Friday morning the cook was on the phone eating a sandwich. He left the phone out the sandwich down and I’m immediately started flipping hasbrowns (no gloves on) after that he leaned his backside on the table where food is being cooked. Very little concern for the food of the customers.

Upon entering my friend & myself nothing a dry erase board with an advertisement for double hash browns meal. After seating ourselves waiting for a server several minutes. We asked about the special, the waitress walks away and comes back & She says that's old. Ok so why is it still being advertised. The manager just staring at us, no explanation just that's old. As I have been in customer service and the food service industry over 20yrs that is just bad business poor customer service and just a sad do better waffle house.
What a great staff and my food was perfection. I asked for the middle of my hash browns to be done not burnt and boy that young man cooking did not fail me !! Thank you 3 for an awesome evening and great food!! See ya soon

After all the family shenanigans for Christmas, we needed to eat and knew that trusty Waffle House was open. We stopped by the Lem Turner location for the first time. We got there about 530. Food was great per usual. The only downside was having to wait until I was ready to leave for the waffle from my meal. I'm not sure if they forgot but once it was mentioned and table was cleared, it was brought out and It was delish! Overall a great Christmas dinner breakfast 😋

Early morning breakfast, before heading back to Illinois, from Florida. Being handicapped, I was thankful, one of the workers opened the door for me,as I entered/left. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and well organized. The food was great.We will stop , if we're ever in the area, again!

Food was slammin, but If I can be serious for minute, at this location the reason I rated the service a 2 star because it was a bit stale nearly waited 15 mins before actually being served and the morale with the cooks was low you had two of the cooks male and a female jawing at each other like seriously COME ON GUYS this is a place of business *SAVE THE DRAMA* when you go home not when there's customers flowing in so dont think folks don't be watching cause I do and I'm one of em so yeah other than that food was delicious but that lackluster of a service was terrible.
