Asked for waffke first Arrived within 3 min. 1 min later food arrived. I asked why food here when server just brought meal Attitude said she didn't kniw how long waffke takes. Walked away dropped checked never came back to ask if ok. No refil on drink. Will never return you just lost a weekly guest congrats

I haven't been to the Waffle house in over 15 years. Im from Texas and we have lots of them. This was the cleanest and most customer friendly, Waffle Hoise I have ever been to. The food was prepared fresh, doing exactly as I ordered. Peanut butter and Pecan Waffle was fluffy and delicious. My over medium eggs were cooked perfectly. The ham was juicy and the toast and hash browns were crispy and very tasty. My big back alter ego showed up and I devoured it. Well done Night Shift the drunks you have to serve will never appreciate the level of service and quality food you folks are serving but, I wanted to go on record saying it was a 10 out of 10.
Honerable mention goes you to Ms.Victoria and Ms. Shy. Keep doing what you are doing. You ladies made a long day of travel end on a good note with the excellent service and the amazing food.

We arrived at this waffle at approximately 930am on Saturday 10/12/24. We were greeted by a server who was very dull, disconnected, and displayed poor customer service skills. I asked the server was he okay because I know everyone has bad days and he replied are you okay with an attitude. So we decided to leave and he yelled out BYE, which was very rude. Please take a personal/mental health day if you are not in the mood to communicate effectively and display good customer service skills. I’m not sure how he has a job because if that’s how he treats customers, that Waffle House would stay empty.
