Honestly, I only stopped in because there's not many restaurant options in this area. Thankfully, the online reviews were spot on & this is truly a yummy restaurant & market for Middle Eastern foods. My Combination Platter was amazing and easily generous enough for two to share. My coworker loved her Philly Chicken Cheese-Steak sandwich. The owner was lovely to talk about his many years at this location. I ended getting two pieces of baklava for dessert. They were also REALLY yummy!! Check it out!!

A buddy from work suggested this place for lunch one day. Having lived in Beirut for a few months once upon a time, I quickly accepted his suggestion. Upon entering the store I was greeted by the delightful aroma of meet cooking and a wonderful smile on the face of the guy behind the counter. I ordered a lamb gyro combo as did several of the other coworkers, but my buddy ordered the cheese steak platter. My lamb gyro was amazing, chocked full of delightful lamb. It brought me back to younger days eating street food in Beirut, Haifa and Tel Aviv. My buddy's cheese steak looked amazing and that proved true on subsequent visits when I have alternated between the gyro and the cheese steak. You can not go wrong here and you won't leave hungry.

Ordered what I thought to be hot wings turns out to be bits and pieces of chopped wings and over cooked drumsticks that had like no meat and buffalo sauce on the side. Fries were clearly recooked chewy like rubber. The wings look awful wasn't worth driving back trying to get my money back, I opened the box and walked straight to the trash can. It was awful.

The chicken wrap was a good size and the chicken was very good. Unfortunately, they use something more like a tortilla than a pita. To be fair, it was one of the better tortilla-like wrapping I have had with a chicken wrap, but it doesn't beat a nice, fluffy pita. The tzatziki sauce was also different - it may have had parsley. My wrap was a little light on chicken, too, and had a lot of lettuce instead. The staff was friendly and I did not feel out of place even though I was alone.

I've been eating at Wally's for years. The food is excellent and very well portioned for the price. There is a great "Mom and Pop" feel to the place. The food is simple and done well. And the french fries taste like they are straight out of London.

Great food, reasonable prices and pretty fast service too. They are right around the corner from my business so we get takeout about once ir twice a month. Wally is a nice guy too, friendly and so are the rest of the employees.

One of my favorite Middle Eastern foods is gyros. Like many, I’ve enjoyed the Americanized version of gyros over the years from a variety of eateries; however, they all tasted the same. I found about Wally’s based on the strong recommendation by a co-worker at the time. I live on the opposite end of town from Wally’s, but whenever I have an appetite specifically for gyros, I make the effort & time to drive to Wally’s. Their menu is comprised of signature/traditional Middle Eastern fare such as gyros, shawarma, kibi, and falafel along with some staple American fare such as hamburgers, fries, and Philly steak subs. The place is also an authentic Lebanese/Middle Eastern grocery store. They pride themselves of the fact that all meat used and sold at store is hand-slaughtered Halal meat. I usually order the gyro platter with hummus & tabboule served with pita bread. The gyros are served on top a bed of sliced lettuce, tomatoes, and pickled radish. The presentation is humble and simple, but very comfy. The taste of the gyros is fantastic and does not taste the same as Americanized versions I’ve had elsewhere previously. The hummus & tabboule are absolutely home made in terms of flavor & texture. The tabboule’s flavor is very robust. The gryo platter with a regular drink will cost about $12.00 and change, but in my humble opinion it is well worth it. The interior of the dining area is situated right next to the grocery store so don’t be surprised to see customers coming and going while your order is placed, cooked, and served. The dining area is comprised of basic chairs and tables and has a very unassuming atmosphere that I prefer. The location is somewhat off the beaten trail and has a mom & pop shop vibe to it. It is my belief that the best tasting food is typically found in places that are off the beaten trail in a mom & pop shop atmosphere.
