This was not even close to what we ordered. Then there was cardboard between the layers. Thankfully my mother in law was still happy and my wife was creative enough to make it look a little better. Never again will I get one from Walmart.

im a current worker and im getting ready to leave, id give this store a 0 if i could. they way they really do things and handle groceries is so unprofessional and the way they do things can cause people to get sick . the employees and managers suck . they do absolutely nothing for you and for managers who tell you come to them about a problem and dont fix it is very unprofessional for me. employees start to much drama , not all of them but a good majority. im over all walmarts. they need to do better

This review is solely for the photo center of Walmart. I have probably ordered photos from here three or four times in the last month. I have been pleasantly surprised each and every time with the assertiveness and quick speed of the photo team! My order has been ready and there have been people present to assist and check me out quickly. I have had a few great experiences so far! They definitely deserve to be recognized!

Access to this Walmart was difficult as we had to turn on one specific road once off the 95, where there was train tracks, and a train going by of course. Lots of parking, and two different entrances. Lots of old looking shopping carts that needed some work on them. This is a medium sized location that had lots of stock, except for the antibacterial items we wanted.

Parking lot has ample space and less crowded compared to other Walmart's ..you can enjoy shopping here !

I usually dread going to Walmart and when going to this one I thought it was going to be the same, but there were actually less people shopping at this store compared to others that I've had to visit on a Saturday afternoon. That's the main reason I had a great shopping experience here. Other reasons are the parking lot had ample parking, the store was moderately clean, and the cashiers were friendly. Other than that I did have fun in the human sized bear costume they had.

Yesterday I purchased a Samsung soundbar model R60M from Walmart at 8808 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville but unfortunately the Subwoofer didn't work. I called Samsung and after about an hour on the phone their customer service rep told me they couldn't get it working and recommended that I return it for exchange. When I returned to the store I was told by their customer service clerk that my subwoofer had an incorrect s/n and it could not be returned. I explained it was the speaker that came in the box but they didn't seem to care, no exchange for me. I blew my top and then some big j*** named Tim stepped in telling me to either calm down or he'd thrown me out of the store. Finally the department manger agreed to an exchange and then she discovered that the s/n of the soundbar and subwoofer they had in stock didn't match either. Very bad customer service.

Please in the name of all that is good and wise TRAIN your people, including your Managers how to use Visa Gift Cards. This is the 3rd time I have had to pull out a credit card to make a purchase because the cashier and the MANAGER told me that I can't use my gift card until I register it. Would not even look at the instructions that said otherwise. I have other gift cards to use. I think I'll go to Target.

I came today at around noon to try and make a return. An employee by the name of Theresa was manning the customer service desk and she could not have been more unhelpful, she couldn't find one of the items on the computer so she told me to stand aside and she proceeded to take several other customers behind me, until I finally spoke up and told her that I had been trying to complete my returns for a total of 30 minutes and if she could please just finish up my return before helping any other customers that had just arrived. She refused to help me after that. I went and found a manager by the name of SANDY who, after I explained my situation, she was MOST helpful and polite to me. She jumped right into action to make sure my refund was quickly processed. Without SANDY this review would've been a 1 star. She deserves these 5 stars!

The guy in electronics was rude and not helpful, we were in front of the register and he didn't even tried to help us he just looked at us and left, thankfully the ladies working over there was helpful enough, If i could give zero stars i would but because of those ladies i will give a single star

Let's be real you are gonna get what you get at Walmart service wise. There's probably going to be stuff in the wrong area, stock outs and carts full of food blocking the aisles. But if you can get over that you usually can't beat the prices. This location is tucked off the main road which I like. Like most Supercenter a you can enter from the food side or the home side. The self check out is on the food side. I usually do not use self checkout unless I am doing a one item pick up. If you are working the cashier line, I'll stand in it. I'm not getting paid to check out my own stuff :)

This one if the established Walmarts in the area. Very well organized and you can find anything you want in this store. Closing line is not to my liking but produce selection and garden center are top notch.

It's Walmart. Now to be honest I avoid the super-center like the plague- but sometimes you just have to go. Household items usually drag me to Walmart. Which was the case- I needed to replace a few kitchen gadgets and I was looking for a specific gift which surprisingly I didn't even find here! Pros: they have most everything, people watching is a sport here Cons: meh- it's a supercenter and I don't like people

I had a items that needed to be returned here and my receipts writing was unreadable due to time and folding them, but the barcodes WERE readable . I was treated like a criminal by the Asian manager man behind the customer service desk . He refused to scan the receipts because I didn't have to card with me that I used . And 2 of the times were gifts . He then said he software wouldn't scan the barcodes and that he could not look up my items. And told be it was store policy that if u do not have the card it was purchase with it was store policy not to return the items, which I knew was a lie so I Asked for the store manager . Suddenly my receipts that were un scannable began scanning it was like magic!!. I took the rest of my returns to another Walmart which did not give me any problem at all and scanned my receipts and were able to find the items and gave me store credit . if the receipt is unreadable but the barcode at the bottom there is no reason that the employees should and scanned the barcode To help you find your items other than being just plain out lazy the guy behind the customer service desk was an absolute bully I will never spend my money at this Walmart again. The pharmacist there was also very rude.
