Had an order to pick up with both food and drinks. The ONLY competent person working Mon morning at 8AM was the drink guy!!! The women with the food were rude and unhelpful. The lady at the register was worse!! She could use some additional customer service training. Wawa's a normally a great experience, but this morning really missed the mark (except for the drink guy) he was the one that fo7nd the food for the order and bagged it up.

I would like to give a special shoutout to Ms. Martinez at Wawa for her kindness and amazing customer service. Every time I visit, she greets customers with a warm smile and genuine care. Ms. Martinez goes out of her way to make sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly enjoys helping others. Her positive attitude and friendly personality make a big difference and brighten my day every time I stop by. Wawa is lucky to have such a wonderful employee!

It’s very rude they talk to you like they give you free. Things is a bullshit. I don’t know not gonna come back anymore to this place. There’s another gas station on the area is better than them.

As a Wawa frequent visitor this one hurt. Long line which is fine so used the self check out and $6 meal deal wouldn’t apply with discounts. Filled up gas and they had no receipt paper. Ordered my meal at 12:47. Currently 1:05 and no meal yet. I come to Wawa for convenience during lunch time while on the road and after spending $80 between gas and food I’m still here waiting 20 minutes later

Gina who works in the hot food part, was not very not a very customer service friendly person at all! I asked her for a brown paper bag bcuz I had hot food and I was walking a long ways with 2 kids and she tells me there’s bags by the plasticware and sauces, so I look and it’s a plastic bag! I then asked her again for another paper brown bag so I could keep my food hot and i wouldn’t risk dropping any of my food while walking and she tells me that she doesn’t have anymore otherwise she would give me one, as I’m literally looking at more paper brown bags like what did she think I was blind or something? She was rude and put my hot food in with my cold food which made my hot food turn cold and gross and my cold food turned luke warm from the hotness of the food! I can’t give my children warm milk and that’s part of their breakfast! Would she give her children warm milk? I don’t think she would! Definitely was not a great experience at all with this lady! Why work a customer service job if you’re not gonna be friendly or even do your job right! Nothing but pure pure laziness!

Martinez is so sweet and she was so polite and courteous to everyone who she serviced prior to me getting in line to pay for gas. I admired how professional she was and how she said please and thank you. It was so refreshing.
