Workers behind the food counter are very rude. No longer a fan. If I need to eat I can put in a mobile order in someplace else & actually get attention from workers who don’t forget about my order and try to help me get my order. Also I had to demand that they spoke to me because they clearly didn’t want to because they assumed by how I was dressed up that I was DoorDashing & trying to look cute for people but actually my husband had asked me to dress up & they didn’t see him because he was buying some thing from the cashier.

I am writing because I usually use this specific branch for my convenience almost every day. An I want to point out a specific associate named Mr McLeon, and say that as a former manager of operations on a big bank, and owning my own company now, that this is the guy who is going to be potentially one of the best manager and much more you guys will have. There was not one day that I faced any trouble in Wawa, (which is almost impossible) because the Wawa operations are really solid, but every time it has failed, this guy Mcleon, he have solve the problems with care and patience, and being very creative finding a way to do it right and at the same time eficiente for the costumers. It’s sad how we got used to write bad when we have a bad experience in the market today. But I still believe the good things needs to be know and brought up anytime it happens!

to whom it may concern I was there today I was at the cash register a manager yelled across the store and I was abandoned at the cash register while trying to pay for my goods and never received my drink as well I'm sure I won't get that $8 back that manager was talking badly about me in front of me because I asked for help did anybody work here I was the only person in the store what did I think I was the only person in the store how rude manager is unfortunately I'll have to go back to the store cuz it's on my route to work and I never got my smoothie that's $8 I'll never see again there were eight people

Terrible service, we bought some sandwiches at 1:35am we were very tired, we waited until 2:15am and the place was completely alone, the first customers who were before us served them in 10-15 minutes and they left us waiting, the sandwiches did not have the ingredients that were ordered and also the tickets were exchanged with the ingredients and the other person was allergic to one of the ingredients, total madness! The manager only asked us what number we were and nothing else, she did absolutely nothing to speed up the order. Almost 1 hour of waiting for 2 sandwiches at 1:30 in the morning and the place completely alone. I attach photographs. They must improve the service, the employees and change Manager. Merry Christmas!
The manager Robin is absolutely rude and disgusting. No compassion for others and get has absolutely no business having a job working with people in general. The store is perfect when it comes to the other managers and the other employees.

Had an order to pick up with both food and drinks. The ONLY competent person working Mon morning at 8AM was the drink guy!!! The women with the food were rude and unhelpful. The lady at the register was worse!! She could use some additional customer service training. Wawa's a normally a great experience, but this morning really missed the mark (except for the drink guy) he was the one that fo7nd the food for the order and bagged it up.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would like to give a special shoutout to Ms. Martinez at Wawa for her kindness and amazing customer service. Every time I visit, she greets customers with a warm smile and genuine care. Ms. Martinez goes out of her way to make sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly enjoys helping others. Her positive attitude and friendly personality make a big difference and brighten my day every time I stop by. Wawa is lucky to have such a wonderful employee!
