This particular Wendy's has to be THE WORST one I've EVER been to. Which really sucks bc it's in my neighborhood. I've given them chance after chance but I will no longer spend my hard earned money here or give their mediocre luke warm food to my family again. Do better Wendy's. Hire better.

SERIOUSLY AASSS STRAIGHT WIDE OPEN BUMS YALL GOTTA DO BETTER
Service was absolutely terrible. The drive-thru worker at around 3:23 PM on October 12, 2025, had a horrible attitude — rushing us to order, then telling us we couldn’t add anything once we got to the window. When she called the shift leader, she did it with pure attitude, saying, “Girl, they wanna take something,” like we were the problem. Completely unprofessional.
The line was backed up so bad other cars couldn’t even move up, and honestly, this location is just getting worse. Every time we try to give this place another chance, the same thing happens — rude service, bad communication, and food that’s not even worth it anymore.
It’s frustrating paying for service like this. Management needs to step in and get better staff or better training because this store has become a total disappointment.

Who ever was on the window was so freaking rude I thought I was going to lose my chill. A lesson on how to interact with others is needed now!!! I was rushed all while she was having side convos I could hear, and she didn’t answer my question I simply pulled away and wished I had gotten her name. Who ever was on the window at 10/2 around 10:30 you need a new job atleast one where you don’t feel like you have to be rude to people!!!!!!

Rude rude rude one customer and rude McDonald's wrapped around the building so I decided to go to Wendy's instead only to encounter the worst customer service. Short black girl with super big lashes and a blue shirt on. Fire her already
Whoever was working the drive thru around 12:10 AM October 1st needs to be fired. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a very large order including a drink and she hands me a crumpled up bag taped down with no receipt and tried to rush me out of the drive through. I asked where the drink was and where the receipt was that had everything listed. If the receipt was taped on the bag like it should have been maybe she would have known everything included in the order but apparently that’s above her paygrade.

My drive through experience was extremely poor. I realize that fast food can be rough and empathize with the duties, toil, and minimum pay. However, having your food thrown at you from the window as if you are a problem for the operators is unexpected and highly unacceptable. If ChicFilA can get it right, I don't understand why this location falls so low in service.
