I arrived in the drive thru and I was deciding what I wanted. Then I made my order of a #2 just the sandwich. Came around to the window and another lady came out of the lobby area saying she was waiting for her food for 10min and the manager said don't let these people start with me today. So they exchanged words, she then gave me my sandwich and I checked it. It was not fresh and I asked for a refund. The manager came to the counter and gave me cash and stated these people are getting on my nerves. I took my money and politely left. That service was terrible.

When a customer says thank you…the employee should respond with you’re welcome. When a customer drives up to the speaker they should be greeted. When going up to the window they should be greeted. I’m not sure if this location lacks training or just SOL when it comes to good employees. Not a good look. If the lady doesn’t like working for Wendy’s (very apparent) maybe try McDonalds or BK… idk girl, but don’t take it out on us …we didn’t put u there.

When we entered Wendy's. We got a beautiful greeting from the cashier Stephanie, and she had a beautiful smile. The staff were friendly, and they were attentive.
Great experience and food . Big shout out to keavae she exemplified excellent service

This place is very unsanitary! I witnessed a server not wearing gloves, sticking his dirty fingers in his mouth, and trying to prepare my food afterwards. I told him not to worry about it and I left.

I’ve worked in restaurants 30 years and if I ran this store I would be ashamed to let the cashier I interacted with work for me. She was wearing an ARMY sweatshirt , not only was she not friendly she acted like I was upsetting by being there. This is before I said a word. I placed my order , paid and stood there waiting. After she took my order she went back leaned on the counter and was looking g at her phone. Then she put the phone down and folded her arms and just stared at the ground. When my food came up she just stuck it up in the air , I only knew it was mine cause I was the only one waiting. This kind of person in your store not only runs Custer off to not come back , it’s a cancer for the people working around them. I love Wendy’s , they have amazing food but the service here needs work. I hope it gets better for those who come here later on.

Worst Wendy’s experience of my life, the lettuce, solid shade of yellow the Dave’s triple they made I swear to God with three kids burger patties, and it was burnt yet it was cold the amount of effort that it would’ve taken them to produce such a terrible burger is astonishing and believe me my expectations were low to begin with, but man did they disappoint
