I just waited 15 minutes in line at the window for a Cinnabon (1 single cinnamon roll). The manager should be ashamed of their workers. People clowning in the back, and girl at the window on her personal phone. Won’t be back! Absolutely awful.

This place is really hit or miss depending on the staff on duty. Writing this review today because food was old and tasteless, staff really didn’t sound like they cared about their job or customers in general. They were all very short with me and barely had manners. The weird part is after I was told to pull up to the second window, one of the employees was standing in the way, picking cigarette butts off the ground or something to smoke. Came out as I was coming around the corner. He then proceeded to stare at me and laugh while talking on the headset with those inside. Extremely unprofessional people today, I’ve met some good mannered people here who actually care about their job but those today need a ego check or something.

Wendy's has gone downhill. It is not the same as it used to be. I bought a spicy chicken sandwich meal, and for how pricey they have gotten, I was not impressed at all. At least the person in the drive-thru was very nice and courteous.

No one in front or behind me in Drive Through. Women taking my order clearly not interested in her job. No straw or spoon for Frosty in bag. No cookie in bag. I ordered 4 items -how difficult is it to get 4 items right ?

It’s 10:20 and there is no one on the intercom. I’m trying to get breakfast before it is over, and no one is talking. I notice the boards were already flipped for lunch so i’m assuming they just didn’t want to serve me breakfast. But why offer breakfast if you don’t want to serve it? I drove around to the window of which people were hiding in the back because when i originally drove around, there was definitely people in the window. I’m so annoyed but with all these bad reviews, i’m not surprised but i am surprised it is still open

Pulled up to Wendy's the other night since it was late and my son was hungry. Got to the Window and they have the music blaring full blast with curse words. I'm no saint so I didn't mind too much but my young kids were in the car. The thing that bothered me the most was immediately when the guy opens the window the Weed smell hit you. The lobby was closed so just the workers were in the store. Do that crap at home if you do it, not at work! It's Wendy's I don't expect Chick-fil-A Customer service but imagine if only you had that service of Chick-fil-A how much more business you would get? Just my opinion. ?♀️

I enjoyed the local of Wendy's...JTB STATION of JTA bus route Blue Flyer, Wendy's came in handy...HOT !!! it was so a Berry Frosty & Fries was the treat for me. ENJOY!!!

Do Wendy's have prisoners because if you ? don't like your job or you don't want to sauce the nuggets then just get another job. ?I know this is mind-blowing for some to understand. Saucey nuggets should be saucey people..how th hell I pay for saucey nuggets and get regular nuggets but with all these bad reviews there is a reason this Wendy's is never busy. I won't be back keep the change...
