I don't typically leave bad reviews at all but this is ridiculous. There is a reason there are hardly any cars in the parking lot no matter what time of date and I just figured out why. Today I went and ordered $40 worth of food and one of the meals is supposed to be a baconator but it only had one piece of bacon on it I went inside and the rude cashier, probably the rudest person I've ever encountered in my life, tried to tell me it was a baconator with the one piece of bacon on it. Thank goodness the manager on duty was kind but that will be my last time ever going to the place. Avoid at all cost if you can.
I got my nuggets but they failed to sauce them and give me a variety of dipping sauces like they said. I feel like their night drive through team are lazy and don't really want to work, they just want to collect a pay check.

On 2/6/25 I visited the Wendy's for breakfast and was immediately greeted by Jasmine with her bubbly personality ☺️
Then Mr Cal helped me figure out what I wanted...lol...and it was the best and he actually fried my egg a little longer and I was so grateful to have had these two patient wonderful people help me out. They set the tone for me to have a good day at my own job with their positive energy. Thanks y'all.

Consistently dirty , consistently don't accept cash, consistently messing up orders ... Common get this store together or close it . Today I got what they wanted to give me instead of what I ordered lunch time fire the woman assembling the burgers .. I sure don't come to be lied to do your job or leave I'll post receipt if necessary...

Was delivered wrong order n tried to call for 15 minutes n they would pick up n hang up without answering. I DO NOT APPRECIATE getting a $27 order n pay $40 for it
So, we pull up to the drive thru..they say oh drive thru is down you have to come in. Go in order my food they make the food wrong forget the sauce the person who’s making the food upset cause she made the sandwich wrong and instead of making it right she’s fussing then I say can I get a bbq sauce for the ketchup there’s none in the bag the manager lady hollering .65 cents I’m like ma’am you didn’t put in any the bag to begin with…not every again…Im going stay far away from this Wendy’s as possible horrible horrible horrible customer service

The ghetto! Ignore the hours posted for the company. They open and operate when they want to. It’s 6:55am they supposedly opened at 6:30 am. Did a mobile order to pick up breakfast and the restaurant still not open. The employee sitting in the parking lot saying the manager still not there and she’s locked out. SMH how the manager oversleep and not be there ti open and operate a business.

The drive thru service was horrible no customer service skills just plain rude was told to back up behind the blue pole in order to receive my order smh I will never return to that location again

Wendy's says, 'Quality is our recipe,' but at this location, it seems like confusion is the main ingredient.
I tried using a coupon from the app, but the staff couldn’t figure out how to apply it.
Instead of getting the deal I came for, I left the restaurant empty-handed and frustrated. This isn’t the 'fresh' experience Wendy's promises, and I won’t be visiting this location again.
My recommendation go to the next location, or wait 6 months until they go through possible training. 😉

You can’t get breakfast here past 10:10 apparently. Placed a small order on the app at that time, got to the window by 10:20 or before and was rudely cut off “we’re in the middle of changing over you can’t order anything for 15 minutes.” I then ask about my mobile order and they never made it. What’s the point of being able to order online when this store makes their own rules and refuses to serve paid customers. They were rude when I asked about the refund and provided no help.
