worst store I ever been to in my life. first they don't know how to open on time like what's the point of saying your open online when your not. idk who is running this store but they need to be fired. an customer service is absolutely horrific an I will never in my entire life eat here ever again.

My food was fine, but the staff clearly likes to mess with customers. I went thru the drive thru and was asked to back up 2 feet to a red pole while they ran my card, which is really odd. They did it to the car ahead of me as well. Made no sense at all, and just didn't sit right with me. It was a last minute choice, but I won't be going back.

Did a mobile app and added ketchup, mustard and onions. I remove the cheese inly and when I picked my food, brought it back to work, my sandwhich had what I added, but no lettuce, mayo or tomatoes. They won’t answer their phone, do not do mobile ordering at this location, because they cannot read

This Wendy's just can NOT get it together.. worst service in the whole Jacksonville and the workers are so rude even when your extremely nice.. it's bad enough we can even get what we're paying for the way we want it but we also have to deal with your employees attitudes.. I'm a busy mom so we usually come thru the drive thru at least 3 to 4 times a week but we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on..

If I could give it zero Stars I would been there two or three times second time I decided to go thought that they were having issues the first time they were out of everything just like the first time when you do finally get something it's cold we'll never go back they need to shut down this location as we.ll as the employees having bad attitudes and hating their job.

Went through the drive through for 4 biggie bags and the manager says “your order is too large you need to come inside” What kind of ghetto mess is that!! Listen working at these people job and you don’t want to be there is not doing Wendy’s any favors! I didn’t tell you to work here! You chose this job now do it with integrity atleast!My recommendation she needs to be fired or take more customer service training!

Came to get some food at 11:30am. Walk into the building and I am immediately told to "leave, the front was not open." I asked about the store hours and if they were indeed open being as I was standing in the store. No response was given to my question and I was instructed to WALK through the drive through window to place my order. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I know my money doesn't mean a lot to a business so large. That doesn't mean any individual should be treated in such a way. I won't be going back to any Wendy's location. Best wishes.

Today March 4 I was waiting like 10 minutes in the drive thru and anyone answer, I drive to the window and young guy said he don’t have time to answer. Ok I pull back and wait other 10 minutes and NOT ANSWER. I told to the “MANAGER” what happen and she don’t said nothing on front on the same guy. I don’t come again.

I have not come to this Wendy's once in the last 2 years and haven't had to wait anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes for my order. Today takes the cake for me.I made a mobile order. When I pulled up there were 3 cars ahead of me so I expected a wait. What I did not expect was for all three of those cars to receive their food and pull off and for me to be given me drinks and pulled up to wait. I wasn't too upset about having to wait considering I order a fish sandwich so I figured they were frying it fresh. It took about 15 minutes for my food to be brought out and though the cashier was nice I was mildly irritated.When I got home which is 3 minutes away from the restaurant, my fish was hard and luke warm, the lettuce was wilted and my partner said her food didn't taste very fresh either. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from this location any longer.

No stars. This Wendy's is consistently terrible. I wish they would close down honestly. Told my wife waiting in the drive through to pull back around because of shift change so they didn't loose their timer. (Fuck your timer) . Then when she did pull back around they told her that they still weren't ready and had no way to take her order, (false they had just taken an order in front of her) then preceded to tell her she needed to park, get out, and come inside to order while they continued taking orders through the drive through. Veronica at the window was rude and ignorant. Shift manager poorly trained. I beg everybody to stay away from this place and let them close down. There's a reason their ratings are this low.
