I ordered a pretzel bun cheese burger and baconator fries and it came out so hastily and sloppily thrown together IT LOOKED LIKE DOG FOOD!!!! THey weren’t busy so no reason just don’t care, periodt. Throw the whole staff away! GOD HELP US NOT T GET SICK AT THE SLOP THESE RESTAURANTS ARE SELLING US!!

Manager took my order then took the order behind me fixed their drinks and completely ignored me I asked several times for my drink and he still ignored me my food came up and just sat their as he continued to ignore me. He was very unprofessional and ignorant I won't be coming back of he's on shift period.

They stay forgetting my lettuce on my burger, as well as my cookies. Okay I’m back this time they didn’t forget the lettuce they threw this nasty shredded lettuce on my burger sloppy as can be and put tomatoes on my burger which I am highly allergic to just wow Wendy’s I only want ur food bc ur crunchy lettuce and u do this smh.
The entire staff all sitting on their butts refusing drive threw orders. Said I have to come in and order. I park my truck, and go to the door and its locked, and the girl says the system is updating. 5:51pm September 4th 2025. Why didn't she tell me that at the drive threw. Its obvious this shift just lazy today. That's fine, I'll go somewhere else

The service at this Wendy’s was absolutely terrible. I had to pull up to wait for my order, and when the lady finally came out, she was moving so fast she didn’t even bother to listen to me. She had about 10 bags piled in her hands and mine was literally shoved under her armpit. On top of that, they forgot my drink. Completely unprofessional and rude. If this is the level of service they think is acceptable, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

If I could give negative Stars I would. Walked in to pick up my doordash order and every single employee was sitting out in the lobby. I figured they were off shit. Then when I eventually got the attention of the person that was supposedly in charge. He proceeded to shout to the people in the lobby hey y'all have an order. Is this the best that you can do. Corporate a store manager somebody needs to get involved cuz as it stands right now this place is more useful as a parking lot. Blocking the store will never return. Time to sit around the lobby but yet I open up the front door of my hand slipped off the handle cuz there's so much grease all over it. Will definitely be making a report to corporate of Burger King and doordash
