Is best to call ahead to this location and just ask what did they have because if you do an order through the app chances are the restaurant will just tell you that they’re out of that food and then be lucky if you can get anyone in the phone to get your money reimbursed To top it off I don’t understand why every time I come here it doesn’t matter who is at the window they all ask me to back up behind the yellow pole and then pull back up, don’t even give me a reason to back up 15 feet then pull back up to the window please make it make since

I walked in and asked for my order to be made to order (everything made fresh) heard the cashier say it to the crew and they repeated it back...waited in the lobby for 20 minutes drove 6 minutes to my house only thing hot was the nuggets! Fries cold and burgers cold.....

It's a pleasure to go into a familiar establishment and find that away from home the people have great attitudes, even when mistakes are made. The food was good and hot. The service was quick. Even the other patrons that came in enjoyed the young lady taking orders.

The food was fresh and hot, but I had to wait like 10 minutes in the lobby. I was perfectly fine waiting, and then I heard the manager being rude to one of her employees.. very unprofessional. Team work makes the dream work and you should treat everyone with respect, especially your employees and customers!

Every time I go to this location, the employers are miserable. But, I continue to come for my Wendy’s fix. This time, my sandwich is even more sad than the employees. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it contain small pieces of lettuce, not enough to even be enjoyed.
Now my grandkid likes the saucy nuggs and we enjoy their new swirls ice creams. We've tried all their flavors.

I ordered from uber eats and I am missing a small fries from my combo. I am disappointed since you pay so much for a combo and I am still hungry. I only ordered 2 combos, it’s not complicated.
