I asked him could you slow down for me. He turns around and gets a manager with dreads. That guy is super nice and takes as much time is needed which is like 30 seconds to make sure the order was right. Breon put the order in wrong so the kitchen had to fix the mistake because of poor communication. I’m not a Karen, I’m a cool guy. I play loud music and I like partying. But work is work and bad communications equals bad results. Take more time with each customer, 10/30 seconds is all it takes to read back orders and then don’t get mad if it’s wrong. Be professional and speak respectfully, even at a fast food restaurant. Wasting Wendy’s resources is bad for business and hurts the shareholders and investors.

Mega Mind

We first pulled up and the guy on the mic was rude, then I got two meals with a dr pepper, I took a sip and it tasted like half sprite and a little dr pepper we went back around and asked them to fix it they looked at us w a blank stare then gon say “I can’t believe they noticed” as they shut the window then as we pulled off they rolled their eyes at us. It actually pmo how nice my mom was to them just for them to be rude for absolutely so reason

Very disappointed. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. I was very disappointed when I got home and discovered they used the shredded lettuce from a sandwich for my salad and also left out the croutons. Also the Parmesan cheese tasted a bit off. Never again

I went through the drive-thru ordered two fries with two Coke's. I progressed to the window to pay and they had to get my order again since they were trying to give me a coke and a sweet tea. When I got my order my fries were old and cold and hard.

I visited this restaurant because I was craving a spicy chicken sandwich, and that’s exactly what I ordered. However, before I could even ask the guy taking my order to add cheese to my sandwich, he simply asked me to pull forward. So, I did, and when I reached the counter, I realized I had forgotten to mention that I wanted cheese. He promptly added it to my sandwich.

But when I took my first bite, I was disappointed to find that the sandwich was not spicy at all, but rather regular. I waved my hand to get his attention, hoping he would realize I had received the wrong order, but he completely ignored me and pretended I wasn’t there. Feeling quite dejected, I decided to leave.

decent food. no silverware, straws, or napkins. asked for 2 straws (for 2 drinks), and got handed 1. then had to ask again for the 2nd. hope that guy's alright

Our family went in after a very long day and needed special orders for kids meals. Mollette took such good care of us for our very specific needs, and fed and made our very hungry and very tired kids feel so very cared for.

She even gave them a frosty sample to enjoy, ending our day on such a positive note.

Our child even commented that it was the best Wendy’s experience they’d ever had.
