Very disappointed. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. I was very disappointed when I got home and discovered they used the shredded lettuce from a sandwich for my salad and also left out the croutons. Also the Parmesan cheese tasted a bit off. Never again

I went through the drive-thru ordered two fries with two Coke's. I progressed to the window to pay and they had to get my order again since they were trying to give me a coke and a sweet tea. When I got my order my fries were old and cold and hard.

I visited this restaurant because I was craving a spicy chicken sandwich, and that’s exactly what I ordered. However, before I could even ask the guy taking my order to add cheese to my sandwich, he simply asked me to pull forward. So, I did, and when I reached the counter, I realized I had forgotten to mention that I wanted cheese. He promptly added it to my sandwich.
But when I took my first bite, I was disappointed to find that the sandwich was not spicy at all, but rather regular. I waved my hand to get his attention, hoping he would realize I had received the wrong order, but he completely ignored me and pretended I wasn’t there. Feeling quite dejected, I decided to leave.

Our family went in after a very long day and needed special orders for kids meals. Mollette took such good care of us for our very specific needs, and fed and made our very hungry and very tired kids feel so very cared for.
She even gave them a frosty sample to enjoy, ending our day on such a positive note.
Our child even commented that it was the best Wendy’s experience they’d ever had.

Food was fresh and quickly served. Service was beyond friendly and prompt. Place wasn't crowded and no wait. Clean tables to eat from. The drink counter needed to be wiped down but overall place was clean inside and out. Would go back.
placed a mobile order for the wrong location i called multiple times until a man answered cursing me out threatening to call the police saying i was playing on their phone, unsure if they could hear me but at his grown age you would think he could come correct when you are on the clock you are obligated to have costumer service not a ghetto stank attitude.

This place is probably one of the best Wendy’s in Jacksonville! Stan was phenomenal, super polite, great customer service. He even opened the door for me and my friend because we had 2 toddlers and an infant in a car seat!! Over all will totally come back!

Horrible service, tasteless food and the manager is incompetent. The order was wrong because the staff didn’t know how to take a correct order or prepare one, they didn’t give me a receipt, go anywhere but here if you want an edible meal.
