We came through the drive through.. the line was only 3 cars deep. The wait to get to the order speaker wasn't too bad, but then they put us on hold three different time before taking our order. At every step of the order we had to reclarify multiple times. We finally got confirmation of our order: a chicken sandwich combo with a lemonade and baked potato, as well as a chicken pecan salad with chili and baked potato. Both baked potatoes were to have sour cream, chives and cheese. They didn't give us the sandwich, the salad had dry chicken and no pecans. The cheese tasted like plastic molding... not sure if it that's because the cheese is just that low quality or they have an issue with their machine. Granted, we shouldn't have trusted them, but didn'tcheck and did realize until we got home. I tried to call to at least get the sandwich sorted, but they never answered... or maybe they did... the line rings once and then goes to dead air.
I probably ought to thank them, honestly. Their repeated poor service was finally bad enough my wife has agreed we aren't going back there again.

They're really out here being hateful over the intercom over 4 biggie bags and then stick whole strips of bacon on the pub fries 𤣠What are y'all doing?
We only received half our order. Tried to call about the missing #4 chicken sandwich and it would ring only once then hang up. Traffic made it so we could not drive back since we had gotten home.
Hubby tried eating the baked potato and it was terrible. He felt sick and had to throw it away. The chilli was too spicy and greasy. Overall paying $29 for this meal was a bust. We could get a hold of no one at all. Not even district.
I use to like Wendy's but this place has always had issues and this was the worse. No more.

We waited more than 20 minutes in line. Had 4 people in front of us we just left. It wasn't worth the wait. Sadly, Wendy's has gone down the drain. Every time I decide to give it a try again. I am reminded why I don't go there.
Terrible service, cold food, extremely long wait time with only a couple people in line. The woman at the window was ghetto even by orange park standards

Nothing but a bunch of Rachis that work here. Highly suggest moving to the other side of town if you want any decent service.

Drive-Thru: Whoever was working the window tonight around 6:30, 6:45pm drowned my chicken sandwich in mayonnaise and made me back all the way up to the first window, and I was the only person in line. And the meal was awful.

In line for 5 minutes waiting to order at 12:42 in the afternoon on a Sunday to get told by an employee she just clocked out and now there only doing mobile order or drive thru ! Thatās fine yāall donāt want my business Iāll walk my ass to my car and go somewhere that does āļø

i normally donāt write reviews but this is one i had to write. me and group of friends went through the drive thru. We wanted to do 3 separate orders, immediately we were told no. okay so we put all our orders on one ticket & we had a mobile order as well. as weāre getting to the last order, the āmanagerā cuts in and say it canāt be separate orders. mind you we have placed 2 previous orders on the SAME ticket we just had one last person. so we move forward to the window, we asked who was speaking on the headset, the manager says it was her. we told her , her tone was very hostile & all she said was āokayā. no apology or nothing, just a blank face. As we got our food, we come to realize EVERYTHING & i mean EVERYTHING WAS WRONG. things we order plain was not plain, we only eat their spicy nuggets, we got plain nuggets. They forgot my spicy saucy nuggets & fries in the mobile order. horrible experience & horrible customer service.
