Completely messed up on a chicken BLT with pickles .. no bacon, no tomato, no pickles. Then tried to argue with us about it not being “ordered with it”. Why do we need to order bacon and tomato on a BLT???? I had to purchase another sandwich just to get what we actually wanted. That’s ridiculous! Not to mention, all the food tasted old! Worst Wendy’s ever!
This is the worst fast food I have ever tried in my life, the food was cold, the meat on my sandwich was burnt, to top it off, the gentleman with whom we ordered the food couldn't have been more disgusting, but super disgusting when he was the one who gave us the wrong drink, I asked for Fanta Orange and he gave me Hi-C, we ordered 2 cokes and he gave me Dr. Pepper, I mean, I don't understand and they say they don't have the drinks, so they say they don't have them instead of giving us the drinks, which is not just the girl who gave me a drink, super super cool

Phenomenal service! I came in on a Saturday afternoon with two special needs deaf friends. We were immediately greeted by the front counter attendant. She was gracious and sweet. The young lady working the window promptly brought us a laminated menu for the Deaf friends to use as a visual aid. Food was hot and fresh and delicious! The friends of mine aren’t able to get out much. Little things like this adds so much to their experience. In fact the entire staff was awesome. Truly a team. Thank you all! The staff at this Wendy's is terrible. The people act like they don't want to take your order when you get to the window. They're cussing and fussing and carrying on. Can't figure out how to scan your code for your points. Ridiculous. AND NO LETTUCE

The burger patties were microwaved. Streaming hot that only comes from nuking them. Iced tea was all carbonation. Couldn't drink it. No napkins and no spoon for frosty. Was disappointing as Wendy's is usually fresh.
