Very unprofessional I stopped and went through the drive thru 3-29 and waited for 20 minutes and still haven't gotten my food so I asked the manager what was going on and he just ignored me I asked for a refund and that took 10 minutes I was late for work this needs to be addressed and I still haven't gotten my money back

Late lunch with the wife. Dined inside for a change! They were slightly backed up with drive thru, but young gentleman acknowledged the wait and then took order a few mins later. Food was good and the chili always delicious!
I ordered a single with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. I stated no cheese, and nothing else on the sandwich. I returned to work and the sandwich had mayonnaise, cheese, and catsup on it. I called the restaurant to complain, but no one answered the phone. I can't go back because my break is over. This has happened several times.Wendy's Restaurant on Emerson is not attentive to the customer!!!

Sprite was watered down in my drink. my boyfriend's was literally sprite and coke mixed. Asked for ranch and they gave me sweet and sour sauce. Fries were cold at best. Didn't bother to give us a receipt. Only good thing was they got it out to us kinda

I ordered thru the drive-thru around lunch time. They were not busy so it didn't take long to order; & the person was nice at the window. Food was good, but getting up there in price (like a lot fast food meal combos now). I was really craving a bacon burger, so I ordered a bacon burger meal. It was right around $11, a little over U think.The fries could have been better, seemed like it might have been sitting a while since they were slow. The only real negative is watch out getting out of there, the payment is messed up. I worried I was gonna pop a tired after I felt the huge dip I had to drive over to get out of there. I hope they fix it up.
