They’ve stopped carrying English muffin breakfast sandwiches, so that was the first disappointment. Then the two biscuits I got were lukewarm with cold spots. Then sausage didn’t taste the same either and the cheese looked like it was slapped on before any warming was done at all. I asked for napkins. She looked in the bag and said there were napkins there was a single napkin. 🙄 Even for two for three it’s not worth it anymore if this is the quality of their product and service going forward.

My food was awful and it wasn't eatable I even returned my order and after talking to the manger it was even worser than the food before!! Ni wonder Wendy's are shutting down half of there stores !!I WILL NOT GO BACK!!!! SALTY FRIES COLD BURGERS IM allergic to ketchup and tomatoes and they gave me ketchup and tomatoes on my second time coming back to replace my order. It was just awful. This has to be the worst Wendy's I ever ever had in my 39 years of life!!!!

Took my two kids in for kids meals, hoping to get the last two toys their missing from the latest toy drop and the manager who checked us out was so nice. He was super super busy but was happy to help out some kids and went out of his way to be kind and helpful. The best fast food experience I've ever had and will happily be back at this location in the future ❤️

My food was made incorrectly even after I specified plain just meat and cheese for the burger. When I had to drive back to get it remade, some guy came from the back trying to tell me I need to specify that next time as if I hadn’t said it prior, getting an attitude. I don’t even think they remade the right burger and I don’t feel comfortable eating it after that interaction.

Might be the worst experience I’ve ever had in a drive thru. So let’s start from the beginning I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal tossed in the hot garlic sauce with a coke. I pay for my meal and was asked to pull up cause I guess they needed time to make it. I wait about 10 minutes for him to bring me the food completely cold with the nuggets being in a container since they were tossed in the sauce with French fries in it somehow. The fries were horrible and cold. To top it all off he didn’t bring me my coke so asked him for my coke. So I wait another 5 minutes for him to bring it to me and it doesn’t come so at that point I got out of my truck to go inside to get the coke. When I walk inside it’s the manager standing there. So I tell him I’m waiting for a coke. And the manager asked his employee you got him coming inside waiting for a coke which was actually the only right thing done through this whole experience. For then the employee tell me the order didn’t say coke which was wrong. So if I didn’t come inside I was going to be waiting for who knows how long. At this point I’m just saying I’m never coming back to this location. Horrible experience do better Wendy’s.
