My food was made incorrectly even after I specified plain just meat and cheese for the burger. When I had to drive back to get it remade, some guy came from the back trying to tell me I need to specify that next time as if I hadn’t said it prior, getting an attitude. I don’t even think they remade the right burger and I don’t feel comfortable eating it after that interaction.

Might be the worst experience I’ve ever had in a drive thru. So let’s start from the beginning I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal tossed in the hot garlic sauce with a coke. I pay for my meal and was asked to pull up cause I guess they needed time to make it. I wait about 10 minutes for him to bring me the food completely cold with the nuggets being in a container since they were tossed in the sauce with French fries in it somehow. The fries were horrible and cold. To top it all off he didn’t bring me my coke so asked him for my coke. So I wait another 5 minutes for him to bring it to me and it doesn’t come so at that point I got out of my truck to go inside to get the coke. When I walk inside it’s the manager standing there. So I tell him I’m waiting for a coke. And the manager asked his employee you got him coming inside waiting for a coke which was actually the only right thing done through this whole experience. For then the employee tell me the order didn’t say coke which was wrong. So if I didn’t come inside I was going to be waiting for who knows how long. At this point I’m just saying I’m never coming back to this location. Horrible experience do better Wendy’s.

Just got a Mobile order and I am scared to eat it. The employee ask me if my food was only gonna be for me. Strange question. Manager standing right there Listening and didn’t say a word just yelled at me because the I wasn’t using the ice machine correctly. Where did customer Service go. Horrible. Won’t go back!

Gross, undercooked, lazy, i was handed a disgusting gross chicken nugget with some sort of goo on it, i felt sick almost immediately after, no one can possibly have a good time at this place, will probably pursue legal action if i end up going to the doctor after this.
When nobody is in drive thru and your food comes out in 30 seconds, you know it’s gonna be cold. This Wendy’s used to be decent, but it never last long… you can get the same meal for an Outback price…

I asked multiple times for Wendy’s hot sauce to come with my chili and I got no hot sauce or crackers. I waited minutes for my chili with crackers and hot sauce and I never got my chili with hot sauce. I’m extremely disappointed now, now I’m broke. But He never once said hello, thank you, have a nice nice day, how are you, she didn’t even look me in the eyes. Was she high on drugs? Hopefully management does something about this before this place closes down for business. You
