Nobody knows what they’re doing in this place. Stood for 15 minutes at the register and nobody took our order. Just kept telling us to wait. They even messed up a bunch of other people’s orders. I do not commend going to this place at all.

Wendys need an emergency staff training!!!! Rushhhh! What a hostile and unfriendly employee. Please do something about your staff and teach them how to treat customers.
They need to CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN! They are not making the food right & it shows. Why my food feel cold but you can tell it’s sitting out. When I looked at what we ordered we paid extra for a lot from the chill, drinks & all. If you guys don’t want to work please quit the job! Especially the night shift! Next time I’m taking pictures of those working because this needs to stop! Get people who can READ

We tried to go through the drive thru about a month ago and were told they didn’t have enough employees working to make food, I couldn’t understand why they were even open. Today we went through the drive thru and ordered two saucy nugget meals and a kids meal, not a big order! We were asked to pull forward to wait-it wasn’t even busy! An employee brought our food out a few minutes later, we checked our food and we were missing one of the fries. My husband went inside and told them-they gave him a bag with fries, not even the right size! We won’t be going back to this location-the people that work there do not have good customer service!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD…. The service is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! The ghetto staff is very clear!!!!! They are horrible they are disrespectful and they could care less… they threw the food in the bag with missing stuff, she rushed us she was nasty and laughing like it was funny… go inside and it’s disgusting in there and smells like mildew bad there are flies all over the place the counters were wet and dirty! We were not the only ones to go in there were several customers coming in complaining and asking for refunds and with wrong orders… the manager could not figure out how to do a refund waited 10 minutes for her to figure it out… STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! It needs to be closed down and restaffed with people who have respect and common sense… this is not somewhere we will ever go back to ever… they couldn’t even pay me to go back there…. Beware this is the most run down ghetto Wendy’s

So I ordered at 10:45p and I was the only one in line. I ordered a $5 biggie bag and got my food at 11:15. It took 30 minutes for a biggie bag smh. When they finally decided to bring my food out, the employee says I have to get out my car and get my food because the door is locked. Once I check my food, my fries were cold and hard, my nuggets were out the box, and they gave me honey mustard instead of the BBQ sauce I specifically asked for. Just ridiculously lazy effort on the whole staff. Please don’t eat here if you’re hungry because you might starve to death before you get your food and it’ll be inedible once you get it. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too and wild. Would NOT recommend it to my anyone or even a pet!
