Came in today just a few mins ago and the MANAGER refused to honor boo book coupons that donāt expire until the 31st of this month and today is only the 10th! Donāt sell the coupons if u are not going to honor them! On top of that thereās always been issues at this location over the years so donāt believe the good reviews bc they can post their own reviewsā¦this place is trash and this is the last time I eat at any Wendyās bc on top of this issue anytime Iāve brought in the coupons THAT THEY SOLD TO ME, these peons ALWAYS roll their eyes and act like itās a problem and Iām taking this issue to the bbb

I really appreciate whoever took my teenage daughter's order completely ripping her off on 8/17/25. I sent her there for 3 $5 fill ups and 5 cheap hamburgers. They charged her $5.89 a piece for a Dave Single. You knew what you were doing. Now, I won't ever come back.
Food is good but they tell you to go o reverse and back up so it doesn't mess up their time... just do your job right and the customer wouldn't have to do that. They said they dont have egg ready so we didn't order nothing with eggs and they still took forever!!!!

Once again, this place has poor service and take forever. How long does it take to walk out two 4 piece chicken nuggets kids meals. More importantly, why ask me to pull forward for that. The only reason I didnt reverse to the window was because cars were in line and I didn't go in because I didnt want to take my kids out. Then, a young guy was sent out to ask what I was waiting for. He had the food in there the whole time and the person taking orders just ignored him when he tried to ask her about the order. Not sure where the confusion was, but do better. It's too hot for this. The service is always off.
