We chose to dine in. Granted it waa new years day, yet, there's no ni excuse for the filth we saw. It waa more than juat not getting cleaned thw night prior. Ice machine had no ice and was filthy in the dispensing area. The restroom was not onky disgusting it was apparent when it is cleaned it muat be with dirty water. The owner needs to have a deep cleaning done ro thw entire customer areas. Regarding food.. the fries were cold and chewy, not warm and crisp. Sandwiches were okay. We were very disappointed ans surprised to see this.

Remember when the JBC was on the dollar menu? And fries and the drink. 2 JBC, fries, and a drink for $4 everyday. Now as a special deal, it's double the price at $8. That snickerdoodle frosty though. I need that. I'll take the burger and fries too.

The only positive was the young man working the register was pleasant. The floors are always sticky like they’ve never been mopped after soda spills. Today the coke freestyle machine had no ice, 12 of the 30 drink options are grayed out unavailable, and of the ones available most of the flavors for them are unavailable. The machine is sputtering and spitting soda on the outside of your cup and machine walls around it. Employees were notified soda is flat and no ice, I ate in and no one ever checked it out. All of our fries were cold and the cheeseburger was totally unappealing. We’ve eaten here often and it keeps going further downhill. There’s no more ketchup available for self serve so you’ve got to ask for packets and not many are given. I’d be shocked if this establishment is open much longer.

This was the second Wendy’s in Jacksonville area on our road trip without baked potatoes. They are the only gluten free food for a child with a gluten allergy at Wendy’s. So disappointing.

Consistently inconsistent. Our last drive thru order was incorrect and this place constantly gives us food that needs to be reheated. It is our local Wendy’s and it is a shame that the food quality is not where it should be.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s in the area. We visited on 12/1/24 and several employees (while on the clock) were standing outside cussing and acting ignorant while smoking in the parking lot. Also witnessed them throwing their trash outside of their car window in the parking lot. Will not be returning

Only gave this one star because that was a low as I could go. Went there on 15 November 2024 at1050 PM. The. Food was cold. Couldn’t even finish my meal it was so bad. The drinks which were different tasted the same. Probably won’t ever go to a Wendy’s again.

Went here and drive-thru for breakfast. We're pretty quick taking the order and money but when I got to opening the food the biscuits and gravy had one piece of sausage and no sauce on the biscuit. Also my daughter ordered the French toast sticks and they gave her no syrup and no utensils. If I hadn't already left I would go back. Very disappointing. For the fact it's overpriced and then you're going to prepare it unconsistently and then forget things for my order. They can do much better
This place is happy to rip you off. On seperate occasions I've ordered: -Dave's double cheeseburger only to be given a single (difference of $1.29)
-Homestyle chicken sandwich in which they used a chicken filet from the $1 menu ($5.99 order with a $1.29 chicken patty)
-Honey butter chicken biscuit but instead got a biscuit with no chicken ($3.09 vs $1.09) and the potato wedges were cold and undercooked.
They will charge you full price, give you minimum quality and won't offer a receipt, unless you ask for one. This happened to me in the drive-thru and the lobby and my visits were years apart as I hoped for a change in staff and/or management.
Next time I'm craving Wendy's, I'll drive the extra 3 miles to the other nearest location
Do yourself a favor and just avoid this location.

Wendy’s is about my third pic but my fiancé loves Wendy’s. So I do enjoy their bacon Nader french fries and the junior bacon cheeseburger two of my faves. Well I got the ”Baconator” fries and when I got home I was sad to find that the sauce was barely there that shredded cheese had been put under it. I could see some sticking out instead of on top, and I don’t know if they were running low on bacon, but I definitely wouldn’t call that amount “Baconator”. They also forgot the “Son of Baconator” burger, we were in drive through, I had had to remind them prior that I hadn’t gotten my Baconator Fries, and when we told them about the Son of the Baconator, they all looked at each other like we were trying to scam them. The female asked if we’d ordered and paid for it, I said ofcourse look at the board or receipt. I felt so judged I offered to hand them the bag so they can see for themselves, but she said no, and went and made the sandwich. No apology for not giving us 2 out of 5 items, no trying to smooth out the accusatory looks, and questions. No smile, or anything. I was made to feel as though I was an annoyance after being thought of me and my fiancé being burger thieves! Out of 3 people, the cashier young man, young lady probably who makes the orders, and pretty sure the woman with the worst attitude was the manager or a shift supervisor.
Parking: Atleast 25-35 spots
Kid-friendliness: Toys, kids meals, assume they get some kind of toy or stickers or something.
