I just left this wendys i went through the drive through i asked for a fresh order my order was not fresh.. i went inside the employee’s stared me down one had on a bonnet and she basically shooed me away and said “anyways” then the lady upfront tried to tell me my order was cooked to order which was clearly false. I wait about 10 minutes just for my food to still remain the same. The employees are not professional. Nasty attitudes. I am very disappointed and this is sickening.

Never fails. Order a Dave’s single and you told to pull around and wait while we “make it fresh.” Wait 10 minutes. They bring your food out. The burger is cold. Complain and get attitude. Jax Beach is in dire need of another option for late night burgers.

Rarely have good luck here. The salad they served me tonight was an absolute joke..Barely any chicken and what it did have, most was dried out and so hard that it wasn't even edible. I got the apple, pecan, chicken salad and it came with Ranch Dressing too instead of the vinaigrette. Literally awful for $10.

I was there today around 2:30 ish. The minute that I pulled up to the drive thru window to get my food all I could smell was weed smoke…..very strong. My food wasn’t ready and I was told to pull around front and they would bring it to me. As I pulled around, I saw employees standing outside the door smoking. I also didn’t get the drink (apple juice) to go with the kids meal that I ordered and paid for. The attendant was friendly. However, the other experience will keep me away forever.

I came here 11/4 at 5:32 pm The service was the poorest u could imagine. The young pasty at the window had a rude attitude. When I nicely asked for freshly made fries and nuggets she brought them out cold anyway. I will not be retuning here.

This location is either always understaffed or disorganized. Waited 30 minutes for my order after being told to park in the mobile ordering area, after ordering drive thru. Along with 7 other cars that were told to pull around and wait.

I was starving so I ate what they gave me but it was all cold even the chili. I ordered a double stack and nuggets. Needless to say nobody wants cold food that should at least be warm. Fast food has went way down sense covid and can't seem to even put force halfway descent food anymore. Will not return
