After a somewhat good review a couple weeks ago tonight was disappointing. I checked the temperature of the fries before I pulled away from the drive-thru, they were lukewarm, I asked if I could get some fresh hot fries, she told me those had just been pulled. I did not want to argue with her so I left but I knew she was lying. I worked in fast food for approximately 8 years and know that hot fries if they're just pulled within 5 minutes is it going to be so hot that you can't eat them right away. I did not have far to drive and by the time I got home they were cold. I don't know who she thought she was kidding but hopefully the sandwich will be better. I would love to have a coupon for a large fry and make sure that they are extremely fresh

Even though they state their hours online they regularly will be ‘open’ and not answer in the drive thru at the window and/or the radio ordering station an hour before close. Held off putting this review out the first two occasions this happened but at the third I figured people should know their hours are clearly different than what’s posted on their signs and online.

wasn't greeted tho several employees saw me standing at the counter, no one took my order, walked out and past one of the workers carrying food and she still didn't greet me/say hi/smile/do anything friendly but stare

I went through the drive through and ordered a grilled chicken wrap no dressing. After I got back to my office I opened it and the wrap was old and stale and hard all around the edges, and there was no chicken in it. I can't believe they were not mortified to serve this trash. I threw it out. I didn't bother to go back-and I will never return.

We are at the Mayo clinic and not to many places are open after 11pm. Both burgers were made right and service was kind and professional. Only reason it's not a 5☆ is because fries were cold

Marilyn at the front counter was very nice and polite! We came to finally try the new tenders and they were BOMB, but for real Marilyn’s customer service made the experience a lot better. I asked for a rag because one of the booths were sticky and she came and cleaned it and dried it off for me! Very happy customer

Take down the “Open Early” sticker off your window, you open at 9AM. If someone from corporate sees this - Let’s normalize a standard across stores again. The Wendy’s back home opens at 7AM. If you don’t have enough people to work in a crowded city like Jacksonville, that’s a GM of the store issue.
I was here for my Tmobile Tuesday Feee Chix Sand. I also ordered a LG chili which they were out of. The manager was so accommodating and ensured we were pleased with everything and the young lady in the drive thru was equally accommodating. Great staff, great food and they still have those Fright Books for $1 frosties!
