Have always been an avid lover of Wendy’s, especially when I just need something quick and delicious! Recently I’ve noticed that a lot of fast food workers don’t show an appropriate attitude while working and although it may not be the best job, at least fake it till ya make it. I’ve worked my fair share of fast food and you do experience a good amount of people that are rude and unkind but there’s a whole lot of other people that are nice and will take the time to be patient with you within reason!

Order on the app. Said the system was down and they couldn’t provide order. They have the rudest staff…and the food is marginal matching their attitudes! Never again at this location

Placed an order in the Wendy’s app for pick up in the drive-thru. Drove up to the drive-thru speaker and waited about 2-3 minutes and no one greeted us or asked to help. Backed up and came back thru and someone did ask to help. I told them we had a mobile order and they said we’d have to go inside. I went inside and there were 2 people in front of us waiting for food. No one working seemed to know what was going on or how to get the orders together. After 15 minutes of waiting several other customers had come if to pick up orders as well as several drive -thru orders that had to come inside due to issues with their order. We finally got our meal after about 20 minutes. Once we got home we discovered that only one of the three orders was correct. I have never had a worse fast food experience in my life. Absolutely wasted my time and money. I tried to contact Wendy’s chat support but there are ‘no agents available’.

Dirtiest store I have seen in years, literally! Slippery floors from grease garbage smells like fish (they do not sell fish) fry station disgusting, this place has not seen a gallon of bleach in years.

I’ve never been to a place with more unprofessional employees. They’re on FaceTime taking orders and not giving out the correct food. None of them care about their job or have any type of pride for their work. I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this happens every time at this location. I was there at 8:30pm in 2/12/24.
