This is a Baconator now? Bun was dry and crumbly. Tiny burger that I choked down in about 5 bites. I usually consider Wendy's to be one of the better fast food joints. Not this one. My first and last visit.

I just received my order. It was delivered by DoorDash by tomato was horrible. My bun was hard. My meat was old. There weren’t enough fries. Only half of the container was filled. Everything was old and cold. I know it’s late but if you stay open this late, you should provide food at the same quality.

We waited 20 minutes for a couple sandwiches and some nuggets and our fries were cold, and they made the sandwich wrong. Then the girl working the counter gave my boyfriend and attitude when he asked, politely, for them to fix the sandwich. We tried getting our drinks refilled and multiple employees walked straight past us without even acknowledging us. Everyone working was rude or simply acted like we weren’t even there. And there was a security alarm going off the entire time, just to add to the stress. I will not ever come back.
Mobile order is faster than walk in ordering the same time I went in with my friend.Around 2:30 pm on a Thursday.Efficient service.Parking: Good location easy access.

Don't bother AT ALL. I waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the front and take my order. During that time 3 drive-thru customers came in with wrong orders. I'm the next one up and and went home with my order wrong. And they don't pick up the phone. Hire competent and ample staff and mark your damn sandwiches!
